Pinnacle Pressure Washing & Roof Cleaning

clean our tile roof at our church, cleaned roof that had 30 years of moss build up, looks a lot better!

Knowledgeable, great customer service.

We had Pinnacle clean our roof and gutters since 2020 and also had the roof sprayed for moss with a chemical that is supposed to last 10 years. The first couple years they did a great job but I did notice that when they cleaned the gutters the guy threw all the crap on my lawn. We had the same guy come out again to… Read full review

Kris’s crew did a great job on our old S-Tile roof. Was heavily algae and moss covered and now looks like new. Made a big mess around the house, (no way to avoid that and get the roof clean….) but by the time they were through with cleanup it all looked like they had never been here. Would highly reccomend them 👍😎

Wow, Jessie thanks for my renew roof. It's so clean. Man I didn't realize how dirty it was, but now it's giving my home a wonderful clean curb appearance. Also, the after clean up was on spot, there was nothing I had to back track on. Thanks from a, Very satisfied customer.

The company did a good job cleaning what they were came to clean, but I most likely will not use them again primarily for a lack of flexibility. I asked for the person to alter the order in which he would wash the house so that the side of the house where my son naps would be done before he needed to sleep (they say… Read full review

Ray did a great job. Our patio looks so clean!

Great team, great work.

Pinnacle Pressure Washing did a beautiful job on the exterior of the house and concrete walkways.

Pinnacle Pressure was communicative, easy to schedule, and offered competive pricing. I contacted Pinnacle via their website and got a quote. I had a question and received an immediate phone call to discuss. I then scheduled the services, which was within a day or two. Ray came out, not on time, but early, which was… Read full review

Jesse did a great job and really assisted us with getting our house looking beautiful!

Habib did an amazing job clearing our large, very steep, roof of moss. Hard work, which he diligently kept at until it was thoroughly clean. Would definitely recommend the company.

Awesome job can't complain. I highly recommend.

The team was punctual and both guys were terrific to work with. They were also very detail oriented to assured the house and all the decks were thoroughly clean. Thank You for everything.

This was a very big job - 4 plus hours. The technician was on time, very professional, and did a wonderful job of cleanup from all the 20 years of moss junk from the roof. He took pictures of cracks in the tile, noting it was not serious now but to let me know. I would definetly use Pinnacle again for any of the things offered.

Great service and communication in the estimate and scheduling. Would definitely reccomend.

Needed to have our roof cleaned after many years. Pinnacle Pressure Washing is the one! They came and spent all day pressure washing with care. Even found a few tiles that needed repair and because we had some extra, fixed them. Afterwards he rinsed all sidewalks and windows. Great job!

I had requested my roof, house exterior and cement to be power washed . David came in time and asked where my concerns were and to show him around. He worked from 10:22 to around 2:30! He did an excellent job and worked so hard. He took photos of before and after of my roof. I was very pleased. Kris the owner was… Read full review
