Pinnacle Pressure Washing & Roof Cleaning

clean our tile roof at our church, cleaned roof that had 30 years of moss build up, looks a lot better!

Knowledgeable, great customer service.

We had Pinnacle clean our roof and gutters since 2020 and also had the roof sprayed for moss with a chemical that is supposed to last 10 years. The first couple years they did a great job but I did notice that when they cleaned the gutters the guy threw all the crap on my lawn. We had the same guy come out again to… Read full review

Kris’s crew did a great job on our old S-Tile roof. Was heavily algae and moss covered and now looks like new. Made a big mess around the house, (no way to avoid that and get the roof clean….) but by the time they were through with cleanup it all looked like they had never been here. Would highly reccomend them 👍😎

Wow, Jessie thanks for my renew roof. It's so clean. Man I didn't realize how dirty it was, but now it's giving my home a wonderful clean curb appearance. Also, the after clean up was on spot, there was nothing I had to back track on. Thanks from a, Very satisfied customer.

The company did a good job cleaning what they were came to clean, but I most likely will not use them again primarily for a lack of flexibility. I asked for the person to alter the order in which he would wash the house so that the side of the house where my son naps would be done before he needed to sleep (they say… Read full review

They came highly recommended by our roofer. The guy (Andrew?) who did the job arrived on time, and did an excellent job. Cleanup was as good as could be done (when you have so much moss, it’s going to make a mess), including asking our neighbor to let him cleanup in their yard. The roof looks almost as good as new… Read full review

I’ll be honest. I was a bit surprised at the cost estimate, I thought it was a bit pricey but signed off anyway because it needed to be done and probably never had been. Pinnacle Pressure Washing is a fantastic, dependable company. This company was referred to us to power wash our wood shake roof when we had our gutters repaired. Our 50+ year old roof looks almost new, all the years of crud collected in the groves and under the shakes have been removed and the moss growth killed. We now have 10-15 years left on this beautiful roof. Thank you Kris and team for a fine job!

Pinnacle did a fantastic job pressure washing my very dirty driveway and back patio. They have excellent equipment that did more in 2 hours than I could do in an entire weekend with my little home pressure washer. Plus, their staff is terrific! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Great quick service, 18 year old tile roof looks brand new.

The people were cool but the service they said they where gonna get out of my concrete was a lie and once it dried up all the dirt still showed

Pinnacle did a great job cleaning our old metal roof. The tech was very careful to use the right pressure and not blow out any old seams.
