Knowledgeable, great customer service.
I needed my roof cleared of leaves and twigs, and my solar panels cleaned. My roof is impacted by trees and plenty of interesting things in the atmosphere that the panels get coated., Cleaning them restores the efficiency. This saves enough on my electric bills that it definitely pays me back for having Pinnacle do…
This was a very big job - 4 plus hours. The technician was on time, very professional, and did a wonderful job of cleanup from all the 20 years of moss junk from the roof. He took pictures of cracks in the tile, noting it was not serious now but to let me know. I would definetly use Pinnacle again for any of the things offered.
Great communication, friendly staff and no pressure sales. They came on time and under budget for roof and gutter cleaning. The roof looks so much better, NO MORE MOSS!!!
Great experience with David. Very knowledgeable, professional and personable.

We were referred by previous customer that was happy and thought we would hire Pinnacles to work with us as we are a roofing company. Our customer was very happy with the work. They kept us informed as to when the crew would arrive. The roof was washed off and we are a happy customer.

Our roof was covered in moss, lichen and dirt. Habib spent the whole day up there and the roof is super clean now. After seeing how much work went into the job, I'm glad I didn't try to tackle it myself. Communications were professional and the details of the job were clearly explained ahead of time, and throughout the job.
Very nice men. Honest and down to earth but also professional. Kept to their estimate and worked very hard, explaining everything.

Ray and Jessie did a great job. Very professional! Worked safely. Highly recommend them!
I am so impressed with this company ... I called, reached a human being, gave my address, and got a detailed estimate very quickly. For roof cleaning, they don't even have to visit your location to provide a quote ... they use satellite imagery and make all the calculations remotely. Jessie and his crew arrived on…
This company was referred to us to power wash our wood shake roof when we had our gutters repaired. Our 50+ year old roof looks almost new, all the years of crud collected in the groves and under the shakes have been removed and the moss growth killed. We now have 10-15 years left on this beautiful roof. Thank you Kris and team for a fine job!
Great quick service, 18 year old tile roof looks brand new.
Pinnacle did a great job cleaning our old metal roof. The tech was very careful to use the right pressure and not blow out any old seams. He was always cautious on the roof for both his safety and to prevent damage to our old house. Once completed, he dutifully washed the dirt runoff from the side of our house. The…
