Ultimately, a leak led me to Pinnacle. My late husband and I moved into our home in 1994, and there were projects we wanted to address from the beginning. However, as many homeowners can attest, life has a way of intervening. Well…30 years later, I needed to address a water leak I found in a spare room that the plumber had to remove drywall to repair. Since the leak was from one of our two 1950’s-built bathrooms, it didn’t make sense to just do a wall repair, so I finally decided to consider remodeling both. I found Pinnacle online and gave them a call. I was able to speak with Hannah, who was very friendly and helpful and was able to set up and appointment with Christian. When I met with Christian on site, he listened to my thoughts, ideas and concerns. He took measurements of the spaces and let me know how the process would work. I met with Christian a few weeks later so he could give me an idea of what the project would entail. After a bit of sticker shock, his kind understanding and explanation, and time to consider; I decided to proceed. The next steps involved working with the designer, Lacey, and Jake. I had an idea of what I was wanting, but with their suggestions, expertise and hands-on assistance, I was able to make the large number of detail decisions after a few meetings. Once this was process was complete and signed off on, scheduling was arranged. One major thing that impressed me was that because I wanted to be on site while the work was being completed, and since I still work, I was going to have to break up the project due to availability. The project manager, Ben, was instrumental in making sure that all of the moving parts fit in the limited timeline allowed. I also greatly appreciated his patience, understanding, availability, and attention to my vision. All while navigating everything that would come up unexpectedly. Every person that I met on Christian’s team, including the contractors, made me comfortable throughout the process and were always willing to listen if I had questions or concerns. I know this may seem like a very lengthy review, but I also think that perspective speaks volumes. Plus, for a lot of people like myself, these are significant investments that don’t happen often. I can truly say that I could not be happier with the results. If and when I do go down this path again, I honestly don’t know why I would go anywhere else.

Working with Pinnacle Homes on our kitchen remodel was a wonderful experience. Starting with Christian, the owner, who was willing to help us keep cost down by reusing our existing cabinets. Then Lacey, who did our design, who is talented and listened to our wishes. When we ran into problems with choosing our flooring she went out of her way to find something we wanted. Finally Ben, our construction manager, was always available. He and his whole team went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied with the final result. And I do mean above and beyond. Thank you so much Pinnacle for a kitchen that is much more functional and beautiful as well.
