Michael was excellent. He was very professional and courteous. Most importantly, he was extremely thorough in his inspection and treatment. He was very knowledgeable and I feel confident he addressed the issue. I’d gone through two other companies and it wasn’t until Pinpoint that finally took care of my problem. Thank you!!

I have been with Pin Point for some years now, and have never been disappointed with their service, thank you for a job well done! Bravo Zulu... 30 Sep 2026: Had some issue with bats in the rafters, Frank called me to sked an appt, he followed up a day before and an hour before his arrival, great comm, very professional, his advice was spot on, excellent value, so glad Pin Point takes care of our pest control problems. Besides bat issue, Frank came to our house before to professionally take care of rodents and gophers, thank you for a job well done! As we say in our community BRAVO ZULU (❁´◡`❁)
