⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Rare Find – Honest, Veteran-Owned, and Truly Exceptional I can't say enough good things about Pioneer Valley Tire and its owner, Alex. This is the kind of local business we should all be supporting. Not only is it veteran-owned, but Alex runs it with integrity that's hard to come by these days. A Ford dealer told me six months ago that I’d need new brakes by my next oil change. Wanting to stay ahead of it, I brought my car to Alex to have both front and rear brakes done. I dropped it off, and within 15 minutes, Alex called me personally to say the brakes were still in good shape—and he didn’t feel right doing work that wasn’t needed. That level of honesty is rare. He could’ve just done the job and taken my money, but instead, he chose to do the right thing. If you're looking for someone you can truly trust with your vehicle, Alex at Pioneer Valley Tire is your guy. I’ll be going back for everything I need—and I suggest you do the same.

Locally owned, expert advice, professional service

There are many many angels in Bernardston MA. One of them is at Pioneer Valley Tire. He saved my pride, my Thanksgiving dinner, my faith in human kindness. Thank you Eric. And others who I know never say no despite having troubles themselves.

I needed new tires before this year, so I called a few places since it was November at the time. I got a quote for approximately 99 dollars a tire, so I asked when they could get them and fit my car in, it was within the month! They were VERY professional (I live in my car, essentially) I've been to mechanics that leave grease everywhere, but they were GREAT! My vehicle came back to me as I left it, except with new sneakers. I paid 20 dollars less than the quote, probably because I didn't buy 5 as I thought I would and had been quoted for, so I think I got a good price, the tires worked out to almost 91 dollars each and that was such a nice suprise.

Would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase tires. Price was very competitive and their service was excellent. Appointment was on time and done in less than 30 minutes.
