Everyone was great!
James came to my property to inspect my sewer lateral. He was super professional and also didn't mind my curiosity about his cool gadgets. He got the video and quote out to me for my lateral replacement within 24 hours. Highly recommend Pipe Spy for any plumbing inspection.
I’m having major plumbing issues and no one can figure out where the exact problem was. I got this recommendation from someone else and am so pleased with the service. I highly recommend them and would use them again if I ever needed to. They used the camera to pinpoint the exact location of the issue.
Pipe Spy was professional, communicative, and less expensive than the other vendors we spoke with.
James and his teams did a great job. Clear communication, a prompt reply, reasonable price, and the sewer lateral repair was done in one day and clean wrap up. 10 out of 10.
Jordan at Pipe Spy was a pleasure to do business with, he came out and was upfront and honest about the sewer line testing that Oakland requires property owners to do, he then promptly sent a quote and scheduled the job within a week of meeting him and I’m now able to move on! THANK YOU JORDAN!!
Pipe Spy repaired the sewer lateral at our 102-year old house in North Berkeley last week as required by the City of Berkeley. Their representative James Hall Gallagher responded very quickly to my request for an estimate, did a thorough inspection, and clearly and patiently explained everything that the city would require, including replacing an ancient drainage system that didn't work and violated city codes. They scheduled the work while we were out of town for a few days, fixed everything quickly and professionally, cleaned up everything, and put our landscaping back together so no one could tell they had been here. My wife and I are very pleased with their work and would be happy to recommend Pipe Spy to anyone.
Pipe spy did a sewer lateral test and repair at my home. In the lead up to this, I was told that my neighbors sewer lateral was out of compliance. I was told that when EBMUD inspectors came out to my home, I may be responsible that, and that Pipe spy would have to repair their out of compliance line at the same time as mine. I remarked that this seemed unusual. I was told simply that’s how it is. I continued to receive emails about this. I continued to reply that this was simply ludicrous. I finally to James that I felt like I was being extorted. I would not recommend pipe spy
attentive to detail and informative
Incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and skilled team. Made a huge effort to minimize any damage to our garden, and left the areas they had to dig up cleaner and better looking at the end than when they arrived. Lovely people to boot!
