Reviewers highlight the shop's availability on weekends and holidays, noting that staff often travel to customers' locations for roadside assistance. Customers frequently praise the team's responsiveness, clear communication, and reasonable pricing for services like tire repairs, oil changes, and brake work. A recurring criticism in low-star reviews involves improper reassembly of wheel hubs and a lack of follow-up contact to resolve resulting damage.

We just came in because of our tire pressure , and thought it was a punctured tire. Thankfully there was no leak and the people in here were so sweet and helpful , they did not charge us a dime and sent us on our way wishing us a happy journey.

Fast response, reasonable price and cooperation. Thanks for helping us any time
Got a tire leak on the road for a family trip in July. We were north of OKC on I-35. 930am on a Sunday. Google search for "tire repair near me" led to this shop. I called and they were open for business on a Sunday morning. Within 30 mins had the tire off, located leak, removed a screw, inflated tire and reinstalled and we were back on the road! Great service, great attitude and willing to help. Very good price. Great job.
Leonard is a honest mechanic, worked hard and quickly
We were 80 miles from home with kids on a Sunday afternoon and had car trouble while it was over 100° outside. Mr. Grace came from home, to where we had broke down and helped us get back on the road. He is such a kind soul and went out of his way to help us. A hose had came loose so no repairs were needed and he wouldnt let us pay for his time and said he was just happy to help us get back on the road. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would! 12/10 recommend!
Very friendly fast n went out of his way to find the tire n get me out of a bind on a weekend
Mr. Grace took in a stranded couple from Arkansas on a late Saturday afternoon to repair our vehicle. He was the nicest and most knowledgeable guy and figured out the “gremlin” and got us back on the road home. His kindness was unmatched and I cannot recommend his services enough. Whether you’re local or passing through Mr. Grace will get you back on the road safely.
I blew 2 trailer tires on a Sunday evening. Leonard and his son confirmed they had the correct tire sizes available, drive to my location on I-35, took the rims back, mounted, balanced, and reinstalled. I paid them in advance and they followed through like champs. Thanks, guys!
