The customer service and communication from this company is OUTSTANDING. They work with you to the nth degree to make things right when there's a problem. They're courteous, kind and it certainly IS NOT AI that you deal with, it's an actual person, who in this case is their customer service Rep. Olivia, who just hit ball out of the park with her VERY competent communication, service and absolutely wonderful attitude. They are a true gem amongst cheap baubles when it comes to online stores. They are my go to store now for ALL photography equipment, I can't imagine going anywhere else!

They had rolls of Kodacolor 100 which isn't very common in physical stores, alongside other similarly rare film stock such as Ilford's more niche offerings. I shot the roll, brought it back to be developed and was happy to hear I could expect to receive the scans within the week. The next night I was at a bar with friends and got the email containing the scans! Even better that they were really well done! Some places offer "basic" scans at the same price point that are pretty rough. And to top it all off, two rolls with negatives and prints, and a new roll of Ektacolor all came out to a little over $60. I've definitely found my lab.
