I love to go and work out and do the tanning session. But the last 2 weeks, I haven't been able to go because it's been closed down for remodeling.

!!!!!!Scam!!!!! Bill do on 17th No attempt made to withdraw the 25 dollars. 24 th at 4am get a 45 dollar withdraw 20 dollar late fee. Intentionally withdrawing late to charge you late fee. Never approved the 45 dollar with draw. Thats 45 dollars for 7 days of service. Place is not ada compliant nor do they have disabilty parking as federal law required. No curb cut into building. Just put up the sign saying able bodies only. Its crazy to charge people to be discriminated aginst After 3 weeks of targeted ads, phone calls and emails promoting the black card and 24/7 access from this gym!! Its not 24/7 Bait and switch false advertisement at its finest

Blake is an exceptional young man he helped me understand how to use the hydro even when I asked multiple questions he was still very respectful. He even kindly informed me of his correct pronouns and I learned some important information from him. There needs to be more folks like Blake in customer service.

Clemmons facility: Lots of room, lots of equipment and the place was spotless! Well done! 3 months later...same great place. No issues! Months later same facility. Continues to be clean with only 1 treadmill not working. Young lady at the desk was exceptionally helpful. 1/12/26 1030 a.m. in getting me connected to wifi! 7/20/26 9:20 a.m. Still a wonderful facility. No equipment was "down", the front desk staff is always helpful and the place is spotless. If you're looking for a gym - look no further. PF (Clemmons) is terrific.

Not a bad facility, but one of the staff was rude, the manager is great and the tanning beds have bulbs burnt out all over the place. I count six on the top just in this bed. They’re also dirty all the time.

The portions of the gym that I have used have been very clean. The staff is attentive and always say hi or goodbye at the door.
