Plano Boxing Gym (PBG) is a second home. The gym, coaching, and atmosphere are exceptional. Coach Sameh is kind, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. I've learned immensely about boxing in a short period of time. Coach Sameh cares greatly about everyone that comes into the gym, their progress, and well being. His attention to detail is unparalleled. If you're looking to learn about the sweet science, PBG is the place to go. 10/10.

Try-out classes on Saturday!
My son and I started training with Sammy at Plano Boxing Gym at the beginning of summer and we both really enjoy it. Sammy is a great coach and works well with all ages and experience levels, teaching everything from the ground up.
Plano boxing gym offers real boxing training; footwork, defense, movement, punches, and putting it all together properly. The atmosphere at the gym is great too. Everyone is friendly, but they also push each other to work hard and get better. Especially during a friendly sparring round or two.
Definitely recommend Plano Boxing Gym if you’re looking to actually learn boxing and get a good workout at the same time.

First time coming to a boxing gym, Intimidating at first not knowing what to expect and what type of skill level you might find. You will find your skill level and then it makes it all right.

I came here as a boxing fan with zero experience. I like it. So much so I very quickly signed up for unlimited classes. It doesn’t feel like jazzercise here. Get ready to work tho. You will grow. People here are very chill. I quickly made friends. There are people from all walks of life and varying levels of experience. Real good energy here. 5/5 would box again

I’ve been boxing for five years, and since I first came here, Coach Sammy has consistently worked with me with great attention. He was quick to spot the areas of my boxing that needed more work and helped me improve them with clear, practical guidance. He has also shared a great amount of useful tactics, combinations, and insights that have given me a valuable new perspective on boxing.
What also stands out is his ability to coach newcomers and advanced boxers at the same time without making either group feel overlooked. The environment is friendly and welcoming for people at every level. It has been a great experience learning from Coach Sammy. I can only recommend this gym, and I look forward to coming here every time.
