We just had our deck replaced with a new frame and supports, and Trex boards/railing system with integrated lighting. From start to finish, Platinum was great to work with. During the sales consultation, Bronz did an excellent job outlining the process and providing renderings of the new deck, and remained engaged during the entire process. Rob explained the entire process during the design consultation, and Jeremy checked in and kept me informed before and after the project. They took care of all of the plans and permits. When it came time to starting the project, Alex did an amazing job from demo of the old deck, constructing the frame, handling the city inspection, and building out the deck. He was very informative and worked extremely hard to give us the deck we were looking for! Overall very happy with the entire process and would recommend Platinum to anyone.

The crew was excellent. Always keeping us informed while building our decks. They always cleaned up after every day. Great product! We are very excited to use our new deck and Cabanax!
We have been trying to get someone to come back and fix our screens since May and after multiple attempts to contact the warranty department no one returns our calls or answers our emails. They only answered my emails after stating I was interested in a new deck. Terrible customer service. Extremely disappointed.

Platinum Decking’s work was outstanding! Their technical knowledge and precise work on our deck and paver patio was much appreciated. Our project was difficult as we had drainage issues and unusual property lines. They led us through the process with careful explanations and revisions. Their work was excellent. Platinum built three decks and two paver patios for me. The overall experience was extremely positive - starting with the sales experience with Dom and the communication / project management of the build. Platinum was fast (relatively speaking) and easy to work with. I’d recommend and do plan on using again. I’d suggest spending time prior to engaging Platinum (or any other builder) to truly spec out the details (eg width of stairways), dimensions of space, landscaping that will need to be removed, etc before the project. Giving Platinum the most unambiguous, objective design / requirements will mitigate any risk of misinterpretation, etc. - that’s feedback for any builder. Overall, great experience and good / reliable people from what I could tell! Thank you!
