I don't write a lot of reviews, but this was huge and deserves sharing. From the initial meeting with Devon at Platinum on our kitchen remodeling project, the open and honest communication was excellent. He provided ideas and support for all the items that we needed to purchase- appliances, flooring, tiles, etc. There were, as with all construction, issues that cropped up occasionally, but they were all handled in a very professional and collaborative manner and were resolved to our complete satisfaction. Devon’s integrity, coordination with his crews and communication with us made working with Platinum very easy. We were so satisfied with the results of the kitchen remodel project that we immediately contracted with them on two more projects, our guest bathroom and main bedroom with master bathroom. We were very happy with Platinum, Devon and all his crews. We would highly recommend them for any remodeling projects that you may have; from the bigger picture down to the finer details, they covered our needs and delivered on all their promises.

I had my patio remodeled. During the initial consultation, the project manager, Mark Or listened to what I hoped to accomplish during this project. He shared his ideas with me and made sure that I made the choices that were best for my circumstances. My project was small, but Platinum Home Builders & Design treated it as important to them as it was to me. Mark checked in and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. His crew was always on time, as well as being fast and efficient. The work that they did on the patio remodel was flawless. I will definitely be working with them on future projects.

We’re so happy with how our bathroom remodel turned out! From the beginning, the team was easy to work with, listened to what we wanted, and really cared about getting the details right. Seeing the finished bathroom was honestly such a great feeling — it looks beautiful and feels like a completely different space. There were a few small delays along the way, but they kept us updated and everything came together in the end. We’re really enjoying our new bathroom and would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about remodeling.

I recently used Platinum Builders for a new addition to my home, and overall I had a very positive experience. My original plan was to manage the project myself. As an engineer with considerable experience building and renovating single-family homes outside of California, I planned to have my own engineer prepare the drawings, obtain city approval, and then subcontract each phase of construction to separate companies. I initially thought this would be the least expensive way to maintain control over every aspect of the project and to make sure it was done my way. The process started out well, but with my frequent work and personal travel, I quickly realized that I did not have the time or patience required to manage multiple contractors and coordinate every phase myself. That is when I decided to hire Platinum Builders. Devon, the project manager assigned to my project, came out quickly to review the approved plans and discuss the project in detail. He was professional, responsive, and willing to work around my travel schedule. From our first meetings, it was clear that Devon was not simply focused on winning the project. His professionalism and honesty gave me confidence that Platinum Builders would be the right company to take over the work. I received three other quotes, and two of them were substantially lower than Platinum's. Despite the price difference, I decided to go with Platinum because I felt more confident in their ability to manage the entire project properly and provide a turnkey solution. The project had already begun, with the footings excavated before Platinum took over. Devon quickly brought in his footing specialists, and they took over the work without any unnecessary delays. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly understood what needed to be done. I did not have to spend time explaining basic construction requirements or supervising their work, which I greatly appreciated. The framing crew was equally professional. They were willing to answer my questions, understood the engineering drawings, and did not need to be educated on how to interpret the plans. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing and paid attention to the details. The roofing portion of the project went reasonably well. The final phase, including drywall, trim, and painting, was where I experienced some quality issues. The subcontractor was generally good, but their junior crew and some of the preparation work did not meet the same standard as the earlier phases. Several items needed to be pointed out and corrected. What impressed me, however, was how Devon handled those issues. He recognized the gaps, did not ignore my concerns, and was quick to have the problems addressed to my satisfaction. In any construction project, especially an addition, there will inevitably be issues along the way. What matters most is how the contractor responds when those issues arise, and I believe Platinum Builders handled them appropriately. Overall, I believe Platinum Builders is a great company to consider for a major home project. They are willing to take on complex projects and provide homeowners with a true turnkey solution, which can be especially valuable for someone who does not have the time to manage multiple subcontractors. Despite having the knowledge and experience to manage the project myself, I ultimately realized the value of having a professional company coordinate the work. Based on my experience, I would choose Platinum Builders again for a future project.

We couldn’t be happier with our home and our experience with Gilad and Niv. From the first time we walked through the house, we could tell how much thought and attention to detail went into every part of it. The quality of the construction and finishes really stood out to us, and now that we’ve lived in the house, we appreciate it even more. Also, since we saw the house while it was not finished yet, they were willing to make some modifications for us. What we’ve been most impressed by, though, is how much Gilad and Niv genuinely care about their work. They’ve always been incredibly responsive and available, even after we moved in. With any new home, little things inevitably come up, and whenever they have, they’ve been quick to respond and make sure everything is taken care of properly. We’ve never felt like they disappeared after the sale. It’s rare to find builders who take this much pride in what they build and continue to stand behind their work afterward. We absolutely love our home and feel very fortunate that we bought a house built by Gilad and Niv. We would recommend them without hesitation.

We are very pleased with the results of our home improvement project with Platinum Home Builders. We remodeled our kitchen and converted a sunroom into permanent space, added a bathroom, replaced our roof, upgraded our electrical and HVAC systems and painted the exterior. Our project manager, Devon, did an excellent job of keeping the project on track, resolving challenges that always arise during these types of projects, keeping us informed of what to expect along the way, and promptly responding to any questions or concerns. His crew did quality work and confirmed our preferences before proceeding with the finish work. We will definitely use them again when we are ready for our next project, and would recommend them to our family and friends.

I was very happy with the end result of my kitchen remodel. Platinum Home Builders installed my backsplash tile and porcelain tile floors. Oscar did an outstanding job on wall and floor tiles. Their plumber Oswaldo reinstalled my refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. He was extremely careful, and detail oriented. Bosch appliances can be tricky, and he went to great lengths to level and position appliance perfectly. The project Manager Mark always responded to my texts and calls throughout the project, and the scope and details of the project was clearly defined in the contract. There were no surprises. As expected in any home improvement project, there were a few hiccups, and Mark immediately responded to my texts, and went to great lengths to insure that the end result was to my satisfaction. I was extremely impressed that Mark supported me throughout the entire process, and always insisted on making everything right. Everyone was always very professional and pleasant to work with as well. Thank you to the team at Platinum Home Builders!

We were very happy working with the owner and his team. We had put off doing our project for 5 years until we met Gil from platinum Home Builders & Design. He did a great job helping to finalize our design and then make it a reality. Beautiful kitchen that will last forever
