Veronica was such a wonderful driver that made our wine tasting girls trip a blast! Great communication in booking and setting up the day event.
I had never rented a limo before, so this was a first. Unfortunately I didnt have all of the details of what I needed until pretty close to the event date, but they worked with me throughout it. The kids went to their prom and then we used the remainder of the time to go out to dinner. Our driver, Danny, was amazing! Really great first experience with a limo. Will definitely rent from here again should another occasion arise. :) Thank you for making our kiddos night magical!
Nichole, we really appreciate your feed back. It really was quite easy working with you. You did a great job putting the itinerary together and making the most of your limo experience. We love what we do and we are happy that we had the opportunity to serve you and your family. Warmest regards, Platinum Limousine
Danny was fantastic along with his trainee Rondi, when we recently used their service for our Girls Wine Tasting on the Auburn wine trail!! He went above and beyond to make our day memorable; making sure we always had a cold water with us, walking us into the winery to confirm our reservation. chatted with the owners whom most of them he knew while being a true Gentleman!!
We wanted to write a review on our experience working with Platinum Limousine, with Danny and Rondi. We rented a car for the day to visit the Auburn Wine Trail, and they were absolutely fantastic! Danny checked us in to each place, made sure we had a place to sit, and made sure that we had everything that we needed. He knew a lot of the people at each destination, which was so helpful! He was extremely professional, and overall made our girls trip to the wineries that day much more fun! We would definitely recommend working with them and certainly use them again for future trips to come.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience! We’re thrilled to hear that you had such a great day on the Auburn Wine Trail with Danny and Rondi. At Platinum Limousine, we strive to go beyond transportation and create memorable, stress-free experiences — and it means the world to know that we helped make your girls trip extra special. We truly appreciate your recommendation and look forward to being a part of many more adventures with you in the future! Warm regards, The Platinum Limousine, LLC Team

Rich and Susan, thank you so very much for your feedback about experience. We are excited that Charlene decided to join us and provide her exceptional skills, care and enthusiasm for her work! Our company truly prides itself on providing the best of the best! Thank you for being our clients ❤️
Wow! Exceptional communication and service. Thank you.
Danny is wonderful! My hero Dad has Sarcoma and has to have treatments in Palo Alto. He lives in Sacramento. Danny was very sweet and gentle with my folks. My 83 year old mom has dementia and that didn’t scare him off. Lol. They had a very relaxing day and enjoyed getting pampered in between the procedure. Much better than my 2008 car. 🙏 I would highly recommend this company and plan to use it again for more medical appointments in the Bay Area.
Best limo experience ever! Our driver Rob was professional, friendly and fun! The car was pristine. Celebrated my office Christmas party ~ toured the fab forties and Java Court in Natomas. Rob had holiday music on and made our experience memorable! Would use them again ~ and will tell a friend! Thank you Rob!
Elizabeth, we appreciate your willingness to take the time and share your experience with the Google community. It was our pleasure serving you. Look forward to being there for you in the future. Warmest Regards Platinum Limousine
Worst service I ever had!
ATTENTION: Carmen, we never did business with you. We are sorry you had a bad experience with your limo company. Not sure which company it was but maybe you should contact them directly and see if you could get the issue resolved. Could you please remove this post from out page and if you feel the need to, maybe you repost to the right company. Thank you in advance for your help.
