Customers frequently praise the convenience of in-home service, punctuality, and clear communication, noting that the mobile setup reduces stress for anxious or senior dogs. Groomers are described as patient and professional, effectively handling special needs and leaving pets clean and well-groomed. However, low-star reviews indicate a pattern of unresponsiveness, with potential clients reporting that they received no reply after contacting the business via website forms or text messages.

Morgan at Platinum Paws is always prompt, communicates clearly, and is incredibly patient with my dog Nemo. Nemo’s a fearful pup and can sometimes get reactive, but over time she’s built real trust with him and the improvement shows every visit. He leaves looking and feeling better than ever, and I always feel confident leaving him in her care. Highly recommend Morgan to anyone looking for a groomer who truly understands dogs.

Morgan was phenomenal to say the least. Worth every penny. Our Husky has severe anxiety and Morgan won her over. She looks and smells amazing. We will definitely be using her services again.

Poe had not been groomed due to him being so anxious. Several groomers said do not bring him back. Morgan was amazing. She eased Poe’s anxiety and developed a relationship and trust. I highly recommend her services

Casco was so stressed going into a grooming business with the loud noises and barking dogs. Having the "salon" all to himself for one on one attention helped him, but the key was Christine. She is so kind and gentle. And the convenience can't be beat!
