Haden did a great job. Had a clog that he quickly found and cleared. Let me know exactly what he was going to do and what he found. Prompt and friendly. Excellent service
Haden came to our rescue to fix some leaking valves in the bathroom. Very considerate, professional & got the work done in record time. Also supplied information on a future job. Hayden returned to our home twice this month to help with moving of our water heater so foundation work could be done & a full home inspection. He was as always professional, helpful, courteous & answered all our questions & concerns. Glad we can find a company that is all that & more!

Haden did an excellent job figuring out the cause of my leak with my washer pipe. We walked through multiple repair options at numerous price points. The pipe was very narrow at a certain point so troubleshooting took some time. Each part was explained to me and my questions were answered! super relieving to have the issue be resolved same day. The price was fair and appropriate for the service provided. It’s always stressful when something breaks but I found the contact process to be very easy and quick and would recommend Platinum Plumbing!

Platinum Plumbing is top notch!! Had flooding in our basement and they were able to come day of and get right to clearing our sewer line from blockages and tree roots galore! Shoutout to Haden for his quality service and super kind demeanor!

You never want to call a plumber for issues but if you ever do or for some reason my family needs it again I really hope it’s Haden they send back out. Very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Also very polite and didn’t get frustrated or mad while I bother him or he ran into issues. Again, hope to never have to call again but if so. Please send him back out. A++++ work
