**A Great Indoor Play Spot for Kids!** Play City in Eastlake, Chula Vista, is a great place for kids to burn off energy and have fun! The facility has lots to explore, including multi-level play structures, inflatables, obstacle courses, and a separate area for babies and younger children. There are also comfortable areas for adults to sit and relax while the kids play, plus free Wi-Fi, which is a nice bonus. Admission prices seem reasonable for the amount of playtime offered. Weekday admission is around $20 for unlimited play, while weekend and holiday options include a 2-hour pass for $22 or unlimited play for $30. Each child’s admission includes one accompanying adult, and additional adults pay a small fee. They also offer discounts for families with multiple children and active-duty military members. Keep in mind that grip socks are required for the play areas. If you don’t bring your own, you can purchase them at the entrance. The facility is clean, the kids have plenty to do, and it’s also a fun option for birthday parties. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful experience at Play City! We visited with a group of moms and kids, and the customer service was absolutely amazing! They kindly offered us a private room to make our visit more comfortable, completely free of charge! They also allowed us to bring our own food, which made our gathering even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated their kindness, flexibility, and thoughtfulness. The kids had an amazing time, and we moms were able to relax and enjoy our time together. Thank you, Play City, for going above and beyond to make our visit so special! We highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back! 💕

We recently hosted 2 party’s here at Play City at the same time and we’re satisfied with the place. The two area we reserved were within view of the whole place. The middle big area for our 6 years old and the small one right next to it was for our 1 years old. Staff was great helping us with whatever we needed, they showed us the hooks for our main decor, provided tape and they helped clean up. Party was for 2 and a half hours and it went smoothly which that’s all we wanted. I know my kids had the best birthday because the birthday boy said “this was the best day ever”. I can definitely recommend this place to our friends if they need a place to have a party for little ones.

What an amazing experience! The staff was very attentive! I was grateful to have the opportunity to decorate earlier since there wasn’t a party before ours. A shout out to family and friends who always helped decorate and those that helped clean up! I couldn’t have done it without them. Thank you and God bless.

We just had my son’s 8 year old birthday party here and it’s our second time doing it, playcity always comes through and is the best. They give a military discount so that’s awesome of them to support military and the kids all had a blast. The staff is amazing and trust me book your party here you won’t regret it.

We celebrated my daughter’s 7th Birthday at play City! She love it, it was the best time. Will be so happy to celebrate her here next year everyone was so helpful, thanks playcity for having us!

Paid $12 for 2 smoothies in machine when you walk in and machine was broken. Also trash cans have 2 openings/ one for trash and one for recycle but when you lift the lid it’s all trash.

I opted into celebrating my 1 year olds bday at play city since I’ve always had a great experience before and to have my guest in a comfortable and cool atmosphere while the kids played and celebrated . When I got there I immediately knew it was not going to be a cool environment like I had planned for . There were a few fans and swamp coolers in the venue and in all honestly it was not making a difference. I wish play city staff at the time of booking disclosed that their ac was not working at “full capacity “ . We had one fan and one swap cooler in our area only being able to be placed on the left side due to connections .i appreciate the young male staff who brought me that extra fan . Aside from the fan being brought to me no other staff came in to check in on us except for a girl staff with curly hair that came up to me and said if I left a positive review before I left the facility and showed them the bday child could get a free month membership. Not once was I told the party time is up when we sung happy bday I looked at the time and realized it was 7:45 pm . 15 mins passed the 7:30 end time . I started having my fam assist me in picking up . I went to the desk and spoke to the same girl that told me about the review and asked if there was anything that can be done for the inconvenience of how hot and uncomfortable it was immediately the girl next to her with black hair chimed in and said it is working just not at “ full capacity “. She said it’s 7;50 so we won’t charge you the extra $100 for going over your time - In a rude demeanor. TBH you guys were already offering a 25% Labor Day special for parties that were being booked which I didn’t qualify since I booked a few weeks before . To make things right for the inconvenience I feel like that Labor Day special could have been honored . For paying $770 solely for the area plus additional $ for socks for some of my guest I feel like it was a waste of money for the experience . On top of this I had some guest leave early due to how uncomfortable it was . I had my son in just his diaper at some point because I felt he was overheating

My daughter LOVES this place. Overall it's decently priced, and it was perfect for her 4th birthday party. My only complaint for her party was that the air conditioning seems to have broken since the end of July so everyone in our party was basically subjected to sauna conditions. Staff did not apologize or even acknowledge the heat which was definitely a bummer and borderline dangerous. Thankfully it turned out ok though.
