They are reliable, attentive, and communicative, always sending updates after visits and reaching out promptly if there are any concerns or delays. They respond quickly whenever we have questions, and we always have peace of mind knowing our pets are in such good hands. Play Time has gone above and beyond for our family, especially when they gave our sweet Talulah extra attention the day before we had to say goodbye to her. I’ve used PlayTime several times in the past and they’ve always been great with my animals. Recently my husband and I left for a week long vacation and had PlayTime watch my two senior kitties. After a few normal, uneventful days the worst happened and one of my kitties had a serious medical emergency in the middle of the night. Kaitlyn identified that kitty was not acting right and discussed with Haley who had previously been over as well and agreed to return to double check on him for an unscheduled visit. Haley made the correct call that he needed to go to the emergency vet (at 11pm and stayed until 4am!) and took him where Kerry met her and took over staying with him for several hours to ensure he had all the care he needed. Due to the late hour they couldn’t get ahold of me and yet they made all reasonable efforts to contact and make the best medical decision for my cat. I was able to return home early and take over the extra care after getting in contact the next morning. I truly believe and my regular vet agreed that my cat likely would not have survived without the diligent care, attention, and timely medical intervention of Haley, Kaitlyn, and Kerry and I can’t thank or recommend PlayTime enough. Haley, Kaitlyn, and Kerry were on call for this visit but I know that any and all of the sitters would have made the same call and taken the time to make sure my cat was taken care of properly. I truly can’t recommend enough. The scariest event was handled with integrity, compassion, and the level of care you want for the furry members of your family.

Playtime have been amazing for us. We were away and one of our boys developed an emergency intestine problem. The team took him to the vet and waited with him all day until he was admitted. They checked in on him until I could get home. We are so confident in their service now. They also really love on our boys and take immaculate care of the house while we were gone. Thank you!

Super great service! Been using Play Time Pet Sitters for nearly 20 years and my cats have always been very happy with them. I know my cats will be well cared for and get their medication as needed. They even took care of guinea pigs who required medication.

My wife and I really trust and enjoy having PlayTime watch both of our cats! They have truly shown how much they care in so many ways—whether it’s the custom daily pictures they send during their visits, the personalized messages that keep us informed about how the kitties are doing, or their attention to detail when caring for them in specific ways we’ve requested. My wife and I used to stress about figuring out arrangements for the cats before trips, but this company truly solves that problem, and we love hearing how much the cats enjoy their attention and play-time. I can’t thank them enough for the time and care they’ve given our cats. I have been using PlayTime pet-sitters for 3 years now, and I could not be happier with the service. I travel frequently (sometimes last minute), and I can always rely on Playtime to take care of my needy cat. She requires supplements with her food and loves the attention. It’s worth every penny for the peace of mind. My favorite part is getting the daily report card with pictures and updates one what she’s been up to. I can’t thank you all enough. My cat became very ill while I was out of town. PlayTime tried to contact me, but my phone was out of service. They did not let that stop them. They immediately got her to the ER. The attending vet said they probably saved her life. Apparently she had diabetes and I had not noticed the changes in her habits. Rufus (siamese cat) and I are so grateful!
