City of Austin said it was a sprinkler problem it was in they basically lied then had to pay for someone to say know it was a plumbing problem and then it was very expensive and difficult to get a receipt from them. I had to get a digital one but not a physical one because they never brought it back like they said they would

Scheduled 2pm-6pm window. I called in the morning to verify. Emptied everything from under the sink. Waited. Nothing. No response to 3 texts beginning at 3:49pm. 6 phone calls went unanswered. No call. No show.

This is unfortunate. Plumb Doctors used to be great. We've had them come out and do a fair amount of work for our house, including a serious middle of the night emergency repair. But our opinion has soured over the past couple of months. Most recently, Plumb Doctors installed a FlowTech device to help with hard water gumming up a special valve we had installed. Andrew said we would likely need follow-ups, as in the initial stages, the FlowTech can knock loose some of the pipe scaling that has been happening for years. He said he'd be happy to come out several times and take a look at our valves. However, getting him out here again to follow up has been a nightmare. The first time, it took a month and a half, after countless no-shows and excuses. Now that the valve is clogged up again, we still haven't been able to get him out here, despite several appointments made and missed, often without explanation or notice. We're still waiting (almost at a month now). If we had known how hard it was going to be to actually have follow-ups, we would have gone with a different plumber.

Beyond disappointing- said they would be out this morning. Around 11:30am I called to confirm they were still coming, and was told the technician would be here in about an hour.
Another hour went by, I called again- this time no one picked up and I was sent to a full mailbox. I even tried 2 more times in case that was a fluke- same message.
I wish I had searched reviews by “most recent” as it seems this place does not have any positive reviews in the last 7 months. Do not call!!

Deeply disappointing!!!! Find another company. They were THE best. Last week they called and cancelled last minute, no showed the next day and won’t answer my messages. Thanksgiving w/one less toilet. Thanks a lot.
Marc is always professional yet personable. He is a complete wiz at diagnosing and solving any problem! I have owned houses in 6 states and Marc’s knowledge exceeds any plumber I have worked with by far!!!!!
