I can’t say enough about PLUMBING RIGHT and Erik . I called and got a fast response and great communication!!!! Erik came and advised me on what needed to be done. 35 year old bathroom faucets started leaking around the screen fittings, pulled them, and the metal was rotting, had to be replaced. Replaced all four fixtures of that age, also updated the shut off valves to new ball valves that don't leak when you adjust them, like the aged hand crank ones tend to do with aged washers. Great job, everything works. I have usable valves that I can shut off and on without dealing with valve seal leaks.

We’ve always loved Plumbright. Devon has been great! Today, Matthew installed a hot water heater. All was good. I was not so happy, though, when it came time to pay. He ran my card, did not tell me the total (had to look over his shoulder) and he SIGNED MY “NAME” to the credit card authorization, and turned to leave. When I asked about it he said “we can’t have anyone touching their computer.” I said, “I’d prefer you not commit fraud by signing my name to a credit card charge.” I asked him to mention that to his boss, like I will.
