I have had Brandon at my house more times than I would like to admit. Exceptional service, always gets my work done in a reasonable amount of time. Always answers any questions, and very reasonable pricing.
I can’t express enough what a pleasure it was to work with Jen and Brandon! They got our new water connected in less than 24-hours of it being red-tagged by CenterPoint. They will be my go-to call for ALL my plumbing needs!

My bathtub has not drained correctly for as long as I have lived in my house. After a lot of hard work on Brandon's part, I have a properly draining tub!
Called on a Tuesday, came and looked at our pipe on Wednesday, fixed it on Friday. What a blessing. Have already recommended them to a coworker.

I had a bad experience with the previous plumbing company I used, so I decided to give Plumb-Rite a call because they had the highest reviews.... and I can definitely see why! I called and they were able to come out first thing in the morning the very next business day. Brandon showed up at my house right on time (maybe even a few minutes early) which was awesome. He was super friendly, and went through each and every concern I had and explained my options to me. He even offered advice of some preventative things and all natural solutions I could do that would be helpful! I didn't feel like he was just trying to make money off of me, which is exactly how I felt with the last plumbing company I used. He was very respectful, friendly and easy to talk to, and he mentioned that he'd been doing this work for 20+ years and worked in multiple states. You couldn't ask for someone more knowledgeable in all things plumbing. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing services I need, and I would recommend them to anyone I know that's looking for an honest, fair plumbing company that genuinely wants to help and is not just trying to make as much money off their customers as they can. I would give them more than 5-stars if I could!

I am so thankful for Plum-rite! We needed help with bathroom toilet, and when I reached out to inquire I received a reply within minutes from the owner - and even more surprising - she sent a plumber to our house within 20 minutes!! Brandon was professional, polite and thorough. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend. If we ever need a plumber again I won't be calling anyone else.
