Chad Herbert, Owner of Plumbing Dynamics, personally contacted us to discuss major job of replacing our collapsed and failing 48 year old cast iron drainage system below our concrete slab home in Carrollton, Texas with all new 40 PVC pipes. After we got several bids, Chad came by to personally discuss his bid and presented best options and negotiated a competitive bid and gave us a step-by-step timeline for this project. He also wisely suggested that while major tunnels were open exposing our 48 year pipes with drains that we also replace all our aging copper water pipes under exposed concrete slab (that were starting to leak) with all new copper water pipes for a very reasonable additional price. We elected to follow his recommendations and now are very happy that we have all new pipes that we can hopefully enjoy for the next 48 years. Chad stayed in constant contact with us by text, to keep us informed on progress and promptly answered any questions. He also helped us with successfully filing an insurance claim to cover portion of cost of new drain pipes in the yard. All of his team were punctual and courteous and completed this major project after 21 days right on schedule. They took extra care to keep us informed and keep our home functioning normally as much as possible during the entire process. We know we chose the right plumber for this major job and now know what plumbers to call for our future normal plumbing needs. Much thanks to Chad and his entire team for a job well done!
