Customers frequently praise the company for punctual same-day service, clear communication, and fair pricing on complex repairs like whole-home repiping and water heater installations. Technicians are often described as professional and knowledgeable, with many noting thorough explanations of plumbing issues. However, some low-star reviews criticize unexpected diagnostic fees, perceived overcharging for minor tasks, and instances where scheduled appointments were canceled late or repairs failed to resolve the reported problems.

Josh did a great job answering all of my questions and helping me to understand the process with my water meter.
Ed was very professional and knowledgeable about the plumbing services that I needed. He provided resourceful options for next steps.
I had a dripping hose bib, and, access to the plumbing was tight. I tried to replace the washer, but couldn't disassemble the valve. Time to call an expert. After seeing the positive reviews I called Plumbing Express. A plumber was available that afternoon, so I took the appointment. Mark (the technician) arrived promptly. He assessed the situation, also attempted valve disassembly, but ultimately concluded the valve needed replaced. He offered me a couple options ("better" and "best"), and I made my selection. He got right to work, first, taking care that walls in the vicinity were protected. The work was professional and done during the same visit. I was completely satisfied.

We recently moved into a new home and had Plumbing Express fix multiple issues, and each service was excellent. Rod did a great job replacing our main water supply line, Daniel repaired our pinhole leak, and Ivan and his team did a fantastic job with the whole home repipe and drywall/painting, it's like it never even happened!
We appreciate you sharing your experience, Andrew. It’s good to see our technicians, Rod, Daniel & Ivan, provided excellent service in addressing the multiple points in your home's plumbing, including a water line install, and a whole home repipe. I am also glad to see that the drywall and paint match service post-repipe was expertly completed; this is part of what makes our whole home repipe services truly turn-key. The techs at Plumbing Express work hard to provide dependable, professional plumbing service. Thank you for choosing Plumbing Express!

I had a very positive experience with Dylan and Plumbing Express from start to finish. I had some major plumbing work that I needed done on a newly purchased home, including installing a tankless water heater. Dylan was the plumber assigned to me. I was really impressed with Dylan from day one, when he worked up a fair quote for the work and offered some creative solutions that were necessary for my older property. In addition, Dylan took my project seriously, explained in plain language what needed to be done, and was honest when an extra day was required to complete the work. It's no secret that plumbing work is not cheap, especially with non traditional installs like tankless water heaters, but Plumbing Express beat competitor estimates by a long shot...and Dylan's suggestion to install the tankless in a location never even considered by the competitors made the install less expensive than it could have been. Dylan's creative solutions and quality work made me a fan. I'll definitely call on Plumbing Express for any future plumbing needs and I recommend them to future customers without hesitation. (Try to get Dylan on your project, if you can. Talented plumber!)

Mark came to our house for an estimate for a re-pipe of all the fixtures in one of our bathrooms. We’ve been getting pinhole leaks and currently have our piping exposed in the ceiling from an issue we’re having with our toilet. Mark was very helpful and professional. He provided all the information we needed to make a decision on how we should move forward
