My sump pump pit started overflowing in the basement, so we called Plumbing Pumps to take a look. The first technician that came examined the sump pump and "investigated" it, and very adamantly told us that it's "completely dead" and beyond repair and needs to be completely replaced, which would cost $2300. Seemingly with no other choice, we agreed. The next day, a different technician came to do the work. He started dismantling the sump pump without bothering to unplug it from the electricity, and as karma would have it, the pump which was supposedly "beyond repair" turned on and blasted him with sewage water (of course blasting the rest of our basement too, covering various things with the stink). He had to spend the next couple of hours cleaning it, and of course the pump was just fine. But despite him not actually replacing it, and himself saying that he has "no idea" how it broke, how it started working again, and how long it would continue working for, the company still charged as $150 for "fixing" the pump! Completely incompetent and shameless. I called them trying to get it refunded but they were dismissive and rude. Will see them in small claims court.
Great communication and transparent practices. John was very helpful, I would definitely work with him again.

I worked with both owners and they were easy to work with. They came in with the best price and were able to get the job done quickly. They left the house cleaner then when they got there.

Outstanding Service!
I highly recommend David and Collin! They recently came out to fix my outdoor garden faucet and replace the inside shut-off valve, and they did an outstanding job. Not only was their workmanship top-notch, but they were also incredibly nice people who were a pleasure to have around. Thank you both for the great, professional service!

They responded to my request for emergency services (water leak on my side of the main shutoff), owner arrived within 1-2 hours. Work was scheduled, I was notified professionally at every step. Fast, clean service. Would recommend again.
