Would like to thank John Pratt and his partner Joe,who did all the necessary things to fix my leaking shower and tub problem that was driving me towards a nervous breakdown. "John and Joe from Plumbing Problem Solvers are absolutely amazing! They arrived right on time, gave me a very fair bundle price to replace 5 failed valves, and did fantastic work. They are incredibly honest, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend them!"
They called immediately back after an after hours text because of an incredibly sentimental stone falling out of its ring setting and going down the shower drain. They were able to come first thing the next morning and were kind, knowledgeable, and tried their hardest to find the needle in a haystack! I will definitely use them if we have plumbing problems in the future and would recommend them to anyone!
I reached out mid-day with a request to replace an old water shutoff valve, and the work was complete by that afternoon! Two broken cut off valves AND a damaged street valve access pipe. PPS came out, stayed late, worked hard, did it right. Basement is bone dry and the valves are holding. Thanks for solving my emergency!
John Pratt (Owner) and Joe (master plumber) were absolutely outstanding. They came to my house the same day I discovered a gas leak, quickly found and repaired the issue, and safely restored my gas service. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything they were doing.
Their communication and customer service were exceptional, and what really impressed me was that they even checked in the next day to make sure everything was still working properly. It's rare to find that level of care and follow-up these days.
