Google reviewers rate Plumeria Thai Massage & Reflexology 4.9 out of 5 based on 154 reviews. Clients frequently praise the clean, calm environment, skilled therapists, and effective Thai massage and reflexology services. Recurring themes include attentive communication and consistent pressure during sessions. However, low-star feedback highlights a lack of communication regarding reservation cancellations and a serious injury resulting from a cupping add-on service.

Mandy is the absolute best!

At this point I’ve been a regular here for around 5 years(old and new location) and it’s been nothing for absolute best experience. All the massage therapist provide exceptional service and care. Ambience is very calm and pleasant too, I would highly recommend giving them a try and you might find your next regular therapist. Thank you very much to everyone at Plumeria!
Hi asish poddar, thank you for being a loyal guest for the past five years and for sharing such a thoughtful review. We’re grateful to hear that you’ve consistently had the best experiences at both our old and new locations, and that our therapists’ care and the calm ambiance stand out to you. Our entire team truly appreciates your recommendation, and we look forward to welcoming you back to Plumeria again soon.
The place is cozy and clean and the staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. I had a massage with cupping as an add on. The massage was great. The cupping is the reason for the one star. I now have burn blisters on my back in a few spots where the cups were placed. UPDATE: second degree blistering burns on 4 of 15 areas where cupping was administered. There is discoloration in the other areas which is not a concern.
Hi E F, I’m very sorry to hear about the blisters you experienced after the cupping add-on, and we appreciate you sharing this feedback along with your kind notes about our space and staff. Please contact us directly at your convenience so we can learn more and address your concerns.
I am deeply disappointed that they cancelled my reservation and didn't let me know until I got there. I drove 25 minutes to get there knowing my reservation is cancelled and no one is here! *** Update- I booked through ClassPass and the business is saying if I'm not a first time customer I can't book there, but I've been booked a few times once my first time booking! Also if that's your policy please do not post your business on ClassPass.
Hi Naomi, I’m truly sorry your reservation was canceled without clear notice and that you drove 25 minutes only to arrive and find no one there. We understand how frustrating that is, and we appreciate you sharing the additional context about booking through ClassPass. Please contact us directly so we can look into what happened and follow up with you.

Without question, the best massage I’ve ever had. This is coming from a huge Thai massage fan who’s tried multiple spots in Denver and even experienced traditional Thai massages in Thailand. Mandy completely exceeded my expectations. I requested the Thai combo with deep therapeutic pressure, back walking, Thai compression, focused shoulder blade work, and trigger point release, and it was exactly what I was hoping for. Every technique was intentional, effective, and incredibly skilled. The spa itself is beautiful, spotless, peaceful, and easy to find with convenient parking. If you’re looking for an authentic, customized therapeutic massage, I can’t recommend Plumeria and Mandy highly enough!!!

I went to Plumeria on June 6th. I woke up with a knot in my shoulder that started impacting my mobility. I came in for the 120 minute deep tissue massage. I was treated by Mandy. To start, the studio is very clean, and well maintained. Mandy was very pleasant. During the massage she provided stretching, massaging, foot reflexology, and what felt like a bit of chiropractic care. I was absolutely amazed at how good Mandy was, given her small frame, but don't be fooled. She is a master at her job. I have been feeling great since that day. She worked every part of my body with care. I recommend this studio if you really need a deep tissue massage by someone with experience.
