Customers frequently cite fast service, friendly staff, and affordable pricing for used tires and brake repairs as primary benefits. However, recurring complaints highlight discrepancies between advertised oil change costs and actual charges, along with reports of poor workmanship on oil changes and tires. Additional criticisms include dismissive communication with customers and instances where service availability contradicted prior phone instructions.

Great work! My wife and I got a flat on the highway. Luckily we were able to get safely to the shop and were able to get a reasonable replacement to get us safely home. Open on a Sunday after 5pm was a HUGE bonus for us, traveling. We can’t recommend them enough!
