Speaking from the perspective of an older adult learner, for me beginning guitar lessons a year & a half ago required patience, a lot of practice & most importantly being matched with a knowledgeable, talented & encouraging music teacher, who has had the ability to keep me engaged and incrementally building my musical skill set. I have such gratitude to have found Jeff Davies at The Plymouth School of Music! My kids absolutely love it here! They are very good with adjusting my kids class schedule when I need to move it due to conflict… and they always accommodate me and are more than happy to do it… it’s rare to have no issues with a kids class in this era we live in, but I can honestly say, I have zero issues with this place, or its staff. Nothing but gold stars across the board. Even my kids love it!!!

My daughter loves coming here for voice lessons with Miss Emily. She says voice lesson days are her favorite day of the week! We are very happy with Plymouth School of Music so far and would definitely recommend it.

This place is great. My 7 yr old wanted to learn guitar and the approach they've taken with her has been really effective. She went from not understanding how to hold it, to knowing the notes of the strings and playing basic things. Connor is an excellent teacher and great with kids. I'd recommend them for anyone who has kids wanting to learn guitar.

About 10 years ago, I walked into Jeff Davis’ studio and began guitar lessons with my daughter. Jeff’s instruction is superb, as he is patient, explains concepts in an easy to understand format, and genuinely gets excited when his students succeed. Because of Jeff’s great foundational teaching, I continued to play guitar even though I moved out of state. He left such a positive impression on me, that when I recently returned to the MI area for a temporary work assignment I reached out to Jeff for lessons. I highly recommend Jeff and the Plymouth School of Music to aspiring musicians of all ages. You will not be disappointed!

Plymouth school of music is a great place to introduce music instrument for my son. Mr Jacob is very patience. My son loves going to piano lesson. Thank you Jeff for being so patience with me. He was very helpful getting me updating with new lesson time that would accommodate with busy school schedule. Thank you once again and i would definitely recommend this music school!

My nine-year-old daughter started taking violin lessons here over the summer. She has already learned so much and her teacher Jillian is great!

Jeff and all the staff at Plymouth school of music are fantastic! The lessons are 1 on 1, and each of my 3 boys is making great progress and having fun. The teachers encourage them to explore different kinds of music and learn what they love. Highly recommended!

Plymouth School of Music has been great for my son. He's been attending now for 5 years and loves it. Jeff Davis and the other teachers are very patient and gives caring and customized lessons that will suit most, if not all students. I highly recommend it.

My daughters take voice, piano, and guitar lessons with Devyn at the Plymouth School of Music. The location is convenient and the make up process is flexible. My girls always look forward to their lessons each week!
