Customers frequently praise the company for thorough, efficient treatments and knowledgeable technicians who communicate effectively and handle various pests like ants, wasps, and mice. Recurring themes include punctual arrival, professional demeanor, and cost-effective service that often resolves infestations quickly. However, a subset of reviews criticizes the lack of communication, noting that technicians sometimes leave without speaking to homeowners or providing completion notices, and some report ineffective results requiring repeated visits to address recurring pests.

Yuvan is a very considerate and kind person who remembered where the mousetraps in my basement were better than I did! I wasn’t feeling well and when I checked hours after he had left I found that he had carefully turned out all the lamps and overhead lights without me ever asking him to do that. I’d give 20 stars to his service if I could.

Even after having inside and outside of house sprayed recently, still had many stink bugs getting inside the family room area. Justin sprayed inside the family room and suggested we turn on our fireplace often.
