We originally wrote a review and reported that bug traps were not replaced. Our Pointe Pest representative, Faye, came right away took care of the problem. And in all fairness it was the first time Faye had came here. We were not upset with Point, only wanted iit done. Thank you.

Great experience. Technician was super friendly, communicative, and thorough. He even taught me a bunch of local information about the different bugs and seasons overall really nice experience. Would hire again.
