Thanks Justin for braving the yellowjackets at my sliding glass door. This was a repeat visit; the previous tech said to give it two weeks and call if the problem isn't solved. No charge for the return visit: Pointe Pest knows that one application of product may not solve a problem and happily returns to complete the job.
Justin is friendly and informative, knocking on my door after he'd finished just to let me know that I should wait until the product dries before letting my dog out. He not only did his job but stopped to make sure that no harm would befall my pet. I love that caring attitude.

Think twice before you hire these guys!!!! Wonder their product does not work I had them come out and do an initial spraying For pest. I have my property full of pest you don’t even see results on the first time. Read your agreement carefully or listen to them because they will try to ping you on a monthly subscription and still charge you when they come out. Third, they don’t guarantee their work they want more money out of you for them to come out. That’s where that monthly subscription comes in because they know their product is really weak and it does not work. Do not recommend these guys I gave them zero stars if possible

she was great! i pointed out 4 spots that were not be sprayed 1 with a beehive and 3 with garden spiders that my grandchildren were watching grow.. she was done in a timely manor and left with a cold drink and banana bread for later .. And she was the first that left a detailed description in text message
