I didn't get windows or doors, but everything else. New siding, garage and house, roof repair and fence repair. They did it all and I couldn't be more pleased!
Very friendly and easy to work with!
The staff is exceptional! Very easy to work with!
UPDATE 2026 We have gone through a tough winter n a super hot summer. These windows are amazing n has made a big difference. No leaks or drafts due to a great install. This is a great company to do business with. 2025. This is an A++ company. We are retired now and needed to replace the construction grade windows in our home. In our previous home we had hired " a professional window company " to install windows. They brought the wrong windows after they had tore out my old ones, did shawty work and workers were in every room of my house whether they were supposed to be there or not. Needless to say it left me very distrustful and sour from the experience. So I was not relishing getting bids for new windows. Zach Sr had to deal with a lot of side-eyed looks and stern questions which he happily did and won me over and I'm so glad that I hired them. Not only did I get an amazing product, and the little extras that I requested for finishing on the inside they done beautifully Zack Jr and his guys that came with him, Cody and David, were wonderful, very professional neat and did a beautiful job, I am so happy and you will be too if you hire these guys.
We are so grateful for your thoughtful review. Hearing that we were able to turn a stressful process into a positive experience means everything to us. Thank you for recognizing the hard work of Zach Sr., Zach Jr., Cody, and David. We hope you enjoy your beautiful new windows for many years to come.
While the contractor, Zach, appears personable, my experience proved he is unreliable. I strongly advise staying vigilant and closely overseeing their work. I made the mistake of paying in full before the job was finished, and now I am left with incomplete work and poor craftsmanship. Key Issues: Incomplete Work: They failed to install several window screens. Initially, they claimed the screens were left at the warehouse, but after making excuses, they stopped responding entirely. I now have to make my own screens despite paying for them. Poor Craftsmanship: The window caulking was done incredibly poorly. Furthermore, because I was not living on-site during installation, I discovered too late that they installed one of the windows at an uneven height. Advice: Absolutely do not issue final payment until every single agreed-upon item is fully installed. Do not trust promises of a follow-up once they have your money.
The entire process was easy and stress-free. The crew really did a good job and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them for your next windows project.

This is a father and son business. No long talks about how great the windows are unless you want the extra sales pitch. They know windows. They helped quickly when I had trouble with a name brand store. We had them put in 7 double hung windows and 1 two lite slider for over kitchen sink. We paid less than $7 k . In less than two months. Highly recommend. I live in North Bloomington, IN Great friendly service. Plus they loved my German Shepherd ( that is amazing . Most people do not like big dogs) . -Thank you to all that work at Polar-Tite Windows for your great service.

We had all our windows replaced at the end of December and have been loving them! Zach the owner communicated well and we knew what to expect start to finish. We got a few quotes from around town and they were reasonably priced as well. Install team was great and knocked this project out quickly. We’d definitely recommend!
