I've been to many self service dog wash places but nothing beats this place! The staff are super friendly and it's a great atmosphere for my dog to be in - lots of treats and festive decor. Definitely recommend coming here!

Refused service due to not being able to provide proof of rabies vaccine for my six month old puppy. When asked if they were serious, they replied with "Since you wanna argue about it, we're gonna just refuse you forever and put it on my phone number." Hahah save yourself the headache and the money, go to scrub a pup at marymoore
Hello, We require Rabies vaccines due to Washington state regulations. You did not mention he was a puppy. You had stated you did not have them on you at the moment since it was your first time in, but your dog is fully vaccinated. So our front desk said, that’s totally fine you can wash your pup today, but we just need rabies for the next visit. Then you proceeded to say, “You won’t be back if you need to show rabies vaccination” And you went on about your belief’s on the rabies vaccine. That’s when we stated we are not going to argue. We are all so kind here and try our best to accommodate, but there is only so much we can do. Once Washington State changes their regulations we will as well. Take care.

We had a fantastic experience with Polished Paws! Kirsten and her team were professional, courteous, warm, and incredibly gentle with our little Shih Tzu. They took the time to make her comfortable, gave her a wonderful haircut and nail trim, and even spent some extra time playing with her afterward—which really showed how much they genuinely care about the dogs they work with. We’ve tried several other groomers, but Polished Paws has surpassed them all in both service and professional expertise. We highly recommend Kirsten and her team!
