I was very disappointed with the training; the 11 sessions were taught by several different instructors. The contact person never answered the phone, and I received no confirmation email after making the payment—nor was there any follow-up when the email failed to arrive. Don't waste your money with them.

Pollak tutors is an incredible establishment run by a very professional and dedicated man, and to say i recommend would be an understatement. Before coming here and engaging in the executive functioning program, (shoutout to scott the exec coach who is absolutely wonderful at what he does), i had zero idea what “executive functioning coaching” even meant. However, I soon found it to be a wildly helpful session of organizing schedules and tackling the grasp procrastination has on today's teens, which added an enlightened new perspective to my day to day learning. I have also utilized Rob's ACT prep course and found it to be a complete delight. We worked wonderfully together mastering the ins and outs of the exam until I walked away with a score I only dreamed of!!! As well, I have to give a huge shoutout to Remy who expertly tutored me in precalculus prior to a final exam I felt wholly unprepared for. Despite an unfortunate situation with the instruction of the class at my school, Remy was able to make every lesson both memorable and engaging so that I left every zoom call feeling accomplished and more knowledgeable. Not only is he a very down-to-earth, personable guy, but his services truly work as I ended up with an A+ on the exam!

My HS junior had a GREAT experience with Pollock tutors preparing for the ACT. We left another tutoring company and started with Pollock. After two ACT tests, she brought her score up 3 points! Rob runs a great business. Scheduling was convenient as was the virtual option. Her tutor Remy was terrific and also very encouraging. Choose Pollock. It was a great investment!
