Our wedding cake was AMAZING!! Truly did not know it could be so good. We got almond cake with whipped icing filling and we still haven’t stopped raving about it!! Not a single bite went uneaten. And Candice was so easy to work with!!

Pollen and Pastry made our wedding cake and we had a great experience! The staff is so friendly and communicative. I have a dairy allergy and my mother has a gluten allergy, and they were able to accommodate both. The cake was delicious and all of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed it! They also did a wonderful job with decorating the cake.

Above and beyond only scratches the surface when it comes to my experience with Pollen and Pastry. I am in a different city, and was dealing with the anxiety of trusting someone to help me make my girlfriends birthday special, without being able to physically be there and see with my own eyes what they offer. Candice and the folks at P&P knocked it out of the park. 10/10 Would and will recommend to anyone in the Bloomington-Normal area and beyond. First off, I really appreciated the offerings. The array of arrangements available, and the clearly true to life photos, made me feel confident in the size I needed to get and made me comfortable that I would get what they were advertising. The X factor that really separated their offerings was the ability to include the seasonal macarons. From the moment I pulled the trigger the communication was thorough and I felt they made the process for myself (admittedly a guys guy) easy to navigate and I felt great about the order. The real kicker though, was the service!!! On the day of my girlfriends birthday, she got sick and went home from her office, where the flowers were set to be delivered. Being all the way in Chicago I felt a bit helpless. But I called Candice, and the morning of delivery her and her team were responsive flexible and willing to adjust on the fly and deliver to her house instead. My day was saved when the flowers and treats turned a birthday that started horribly back into a lovely day. She instantly texted me about the arrangement "OMFG Babe, GORG!!!". The arrangement was gorgeous, the flowers healthy and vibrant, with some even about to bloom over the coming days so the enjoyment was not short lived. The macarons delicious, coming with three unique flavors and perfectly baked. This is literally the first online review I have ever left for a business, but I cant say enough good things!!!

We hired Pollen and Pastry to do the desserts and the flowers for our wedding day. We ordered a small wedding cake, cupcakes, brownies, and mini cheesecakes, and our guests LOVED the desserts (especially the cheesecakes, carrot cake cupcakes, and our lemon wedding cake)! We asked for a slightly-naked cake with florals, and Candice absolutely delivered on the flavor and design - it was so lovely! For flowers, we ordered a bridal bouquet, bridesmaids' bouquets, and the boutonnieres for the groom and groomsmen. We simply described our vision, and they were all stunning! The bridesmaids, my mom, and MIL were all speechless when the florals arrived. We cannot recommend Pollen and Pastry enough for your dessert and floral needs!

Absolute perfection! We recently had Candice from Pollen & Pastry do the cake and flowers for our autumn themed wedding and both turned out flawless. Cake was to die for (we got chocolate, vanilla, and pumpkin) and florals were so elegant and sophisticated. Our guests took home every centerpiece. Additionally, Candice was very easy to work with and responded to emails in a timely manner. Simply could not recommend Pollen & Pastry more highly - just excellent!

Pollen and Pastry’s New York Style Cheesecake with cherry topping is a staple of my family’s every celebration. What began as a dessert to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary in 2020 has evolved to include birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, and pretty much any excuse to indulge in the creamiest of delights.

When I say this is the best florist in BloNo, I think I’m still underexaggerating how amazing P&P is. I have been ordering from them for years and every single bouquet I order is breathtaking. The variety of flowers, colors, the size of the flowers, how they all work together to make a perfect and unique array and how long they last, show the care, dedication, and quality that you get with every order. Added desserts are always delicious and delivered in perfect condition. While exceptional flowers is the key and most important part, the pricing at P&P is also shocking. Next day local delivery for FREE?! $35 for a seasonal bouquet that will last for weeks and continue to look amazing?? Having ordered a lot of flowers from other places, I’m truly shocked and extremely grateful for how they make sending flowers much more accessible and affordable. Combine all these things with a staff that is polite, kind, and works hard to make sure everything you requested is perfect and Pollen and Pastry proves they have set themselves apart in every aspect. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
