Very disappointed with the service. After the initial treatment, we were still seeing wasps on our porch and ants outside. Their website states they will return for a free retreatment, so they came back out, but we’re still seeing the same pests. Even worse, our card was charged a second time after the retreatment. We paid twice and still have the same problem. Not happy with the service or the unexpected charge.

They did great. Customer service is always great from Ponder Pest Control, as well as the work performed. Cory and Blake have both been an awesome help to us. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to resolve any issues. Would and will use them again, as well as recommend to others.

Outstanding experience with Ponder Pest Control. These guys are the real deal! Before starting treatment, Cory (the technician) gave me a full rundown of what he’d be doing, as well as detailed Q&A about the pests I’ve had problems with in my home. I’ve used other pest control companies in the past, who showed up with little more than a pump sprayer. Ponder showed up with a truck loaded with an arsenal of products and did a full perimeter spray around my house that went all the way up to the roofline. I’m really impressed with their attention to detail and customer service from quotation to service. Highly recommended.
