I moved to the Northshore after Katrina and I have taken my dogs here ever since then. I have always loved the staff and I know Taz loves them just as much if not more! They always take such great care of her! I couldn’t see me going anywhere else. Everyone there is always so helpful and supportive. We love all of the staff members and Taz Marie makes sure she makes her rounds to see all of them, even Joey the mascot & hea. Cat!

Dr Reeb is always wonderful at this hospital.
She addressed all our needs with our sweet Bella's ear and skin issue last Monday.
We returned with Bella recently after her being lethargic and Dr Reeb diagnosed her properly after another vets office misdiagnosed Bella. We adore Dr. Reeb, she is wonderful and her expertise is unmatched!

Scheduled me same day, which was nice. Once there I realized the open schedule is due to no return customers. The office was dirty, they were misleading and overcharged me. Dishonest and disgusting.

The staff here is fantastic. My baby went into cardiac arrest twice. Dr. Christine and her staff worked diligently to get her back. Two weeks later and she is still here and such a miracle. The staff here care for your pups as if they are your own. They show love as soon as you walk in the door. I highly recommend. I never felt more comfortable and I’m even more at ease relocating to Pontchartrain Animal hospital from our old vet in Marrero since we have relocated. If I could give 100 stars I would.
