Having been a homeowner for 27 years I can say without a doubt this is the most professional and efficient service I’ve ever contracted with. I receive a text before each service appointment to let me know they’re on their way, and then I get an email letting me know everything that’s been done. with photos, after they’ve serviced my pool. I would highly recommend Poolfessionals to anyone who has a pool they need taken care of!

Stay away, professional scammers , they keep adding random fees to the their invoices , inflating it systematically hoping customers on will not see the random charges they add on invoices , when i asked the owner “Michael” about it. He got so defensive and started to be so rude , his defense and argument was “no one else noticed” those charges. When i told him i did notice them and i am not happy. His response was i am canceling your service and hung up on me. Average invoice for very basic service is easy $400. If not more some months Definition of systematic rip off Find someone else

I had used these mean folks for a while. I finally became pregnant after years of trying. Gave birth to my baby and nearly died. I had three blood transfusions and survived. While nearly dying guess who kept calling asking for payment? These idiots, after I had used them for a couple of years. After we gave them a check for about $500 the person who dropped off the check told me one of the workers was crazy. So you decide who should be in your backyard. I was traumatized as I’m fighting for my life, I keep getting these stupid text messages. Anyway, there are business people and there are kind people. These are not kind people in my opinion. But they will keep your pool looking really nice. Integrity, they don’t have any in my opinion. I tried to forgive them but I really don’t like these folks.

These guys are the best! Michael did a beautiful installation of our new pool equipment. He is honest, and very knowledgeable in his profession. I knew I had made the right choice after meeting him and seeing his work. Trevor who has serviced our pool since then is also top notch! They genuinely take pride in providing the best service. I am so pleased with Poolfessionals and I highly recommend them!!

I've been using Poolfessionsls for almost two years now. My last pool guy came with the house when we bought it and had been servicing the pool for at least a dozen years. He recommended Poolfessionsls as he was retiring. Their communications via text and email are exceptional. Their suggestions for service and repair are fair and proactive. Opting to prevent more costly repairs with lower cost productive work is a true sign of caring for the customer. Their rates are reasonable and their techs are considerate and very knowledgeable. I *could* probably save a few bucks doing this myself but not much and the hassle of having to figure it all out myself just isn't worth it to me. They've never done a poor job and everything has always been done to a very high level of quality.

I am absolutely jaded when it comes to pool services in So. OC. I maintain my own pool because the bulk of the local pool services suck. If they sucked any harder they would create a black hole and drag all of humanity into oblivion. But from time to time even I need help when facing issues beyond my experience. After contacting numerous companies, I realized the people who apply for pool cleaning jobs are kinda like those in food service…any lazy, brain dead person with no motivation can do it. Or at least, get hired solely because they have a pulse. I needed someone who could correctly diagnose my problem and based on the amazing reviews Poolfessionals has…gave them a call. I needed immediate help from someone KNOWLEDGEABLE & EXPERIENCED to come right out and resolve my pool concern so my grandkids could come over for Mother’s Day weekend to swim, frolic and try to drown each other. Poolfessionals sent Austin, a 30 something man who knows what he’s doing. He guessed at what he suspected the issue was then confirmed it during the service call. Ash from the fires had turned my filter grids into bricks resulting in poor circulation and compromised the filtration of my pool. Problem solved quickly, easily, affordably and enjoyably as Austin is a master pool tech who has seen and done it all. His candor and eagerness to please is remarkable and it is clear Poolfessionals hires very well. Clearly the owner of this business doesn’t hire just anyone off the street like his competitors. I am a loyal customer of Poolfessionals now based solely on my one and only experience with Austin. He was the only credible source of help I found amidst numerous companies. Whether you are a complete novice at pool maintenance or a very experienced person like myself… Poolfessionals is the call you wanna make. They set the customer service bar so high, other pool service techs need to charter a plane just to see it. Zero room for improvement. Thanks Austin!
