It is so nice to shop for fresh vegetables and fruit in the middle of the week.
Thanks Irina!

Reviewers describe the market as a quaint, mid-week venue offering fresh produce, flowers, and prepared foods like tamales and pizza. Many customers note that prices are higher than grocery stores but appreciate the quality and friendly vendor interactions, with SNAP benefits making it accessible. Recurring criticism involves the limited number of vendors and smaller scale compared to other local markets, leading some to find the selection insufficient for their needs.

Thanks Irina!
This is my favorite farmers market in Portland. It’s quaint and I most of my vendors are there.
Thanks, Kelly!
This is the best farmer's market! I particularly like Sunrise Organic Farms and, of course, Baird Orchards peaches are the best. The market is exactly the right size and I love seeing the groups of little children. Tamale or polish sausage lunches are delicious and a welcome lunch break.
Thank you, Constance! We appreciate the lovely review and five stars. Hope to see you soon at the market.
Love this market walking distance from my home open on Wednesdays - 10 am until 2 pm. Great assortment of produce and amazing flowers arrangements! Would recommend to all my friends. ❤️
Thank you, Samantha! We appreciate the five star and great review!
Awesome product
Thank you for the five stars!
The SHEMANSKI market is always a pleasure to go to!
Thank you, Gabriel!
There are only like 10 vendors. No street performer or artists. Complete waste of time.
This is the best place in the city to buy produce, especially with food stamps it’s a lifesaver since they match you up to $10! The quality is miles better than the typical grocery stores around here and the farmers are super friendly. The wednesday market is much smaller and more lowkey than the sunday one, so if you have a bit of anxiety this is a great place to start.
Thanks for the stars and the very nice review!
Awesome market and great prices. Friendly vendors
Thanks Scott! We appreciate the five stars and positive review. See you at the market.
Plenty of booths to stop at for baked goods, fresh fruits, and several options for food. The tamales stand in particular was stellar.
Thank you so much Chris for the five stars and positive review! We very much appreciate you!
