I had a hairdresser Emilee. I’m so disappointed in my hair color after telling her what I wanted. The haircut was awful in the back of my hair. There are chunks cut out in the back of my hair I told her that when she show me the back of my hair . When I left that place, I cried so hard. I didn’t know what to do. I didn’t wanna hurt her feelings, but she is truly in the wrong business. I waited so long to find someone to fix my hair and she completely missed me up. I’m so devastated by this I even went next-door to get a sandwich afterwards something to drink. I was so upset and told the girls what happened and they said my hair looked awful also. My message is sincere I truly made a big mistake. I made the decision to go there so really it’s my fault that I did, but you trust these people. And I know some are bad and some are good , but she truly is a bad hair dresser .

I got my hair done by Abby, and I just have to say… I have NEVER received so many compliments in such a short amount of time! 😍✨
Her work was absolutely impeccable. I left the salon in love with my hair and my color! It’s been a long time since I’ve walked out of a salon feeling this happy and completely obsessed with my hair. Abby truly has magic hands! 🤎

I had searched for a hair salon close to home, so i was impressed with the reviews on Pothos across Google and all other platforms, so i decided to book my hair appt with them. Unfortunately, on the day of my appointment as i was sitting in the waiting area to be checked in, i see an email saying that my appointment was cancelled, no further explanation as to why. I had confirmed my appointment 4 days prior and i never received any calls or texts from them letting me know that they are cancelling my appointment. I had to arrange baby sittting, as my appointment was going to be 4 hrs long. I really had high hopes for this salon, but i wish they had communicated with me better!

When reviewing your intake form on Monday, we realized that our open-concept salon layout would not be able to accommodate the specific setup requested for your appointment. To ensure you received the right environment and care, we reached out by phone and followed up with a detailed text message explaining the situation, along with two direct referrals to local suite stylists who could fulfill your request.
However, we take full accountability that when we didn't receive a reply to our text, we should have made an additional effort to confirm you received our message before the day of your appointment. We completely understand why arriving expectantly was frustrating.

I had such a great experience with Morgan! Normally it takes me a little while to fully relax and feel comfortable during a massage, but I felt completely at ease with her. Her room was so calming and relaxing, and her technique was amazing. She used the perfect amount of pressure and really took the time to focus on all of my problem areas. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better. I will definitely be booking with Morgan again and would highly recommend her!

Pothos is such an amazing salon! I previously had Lizzie as my stylist - after she moved, I was anxious to find a new stylist. I booked my last appointment with Emma and she was nothing short of fantastic! She took the time to ask exactly what I was looking for and absolutely killed it. I seriously cannot say enough good things about Kayla. Every time I have an appointment with her, I genuinely look forward to it because I know I’m going to leave feeling amazing.
Kayla makes the entire experience feel so welcoming, relaxing, and honestly just luxurious. Nothing ever feels rushed or like you’re just another appointment on the books. You can tell how much thought and care she puts into every part of the service, and that means so much to me. And her COLORING. Truly perfect every single time. She just gets it. I trust her completely with my hair because she always takes what I have in my head and somehow makes it even better. She absolutely nails every single time.
