Kris M.! What a fantastic person. Kris was on time for my scheduled appointment. Kris immediately started getting set up for the services I had arranged to have completed. Once set up Kris explained fully the procedures and a bit of details about how the washing of my roof would be accomplished and what would be happening in the following days after the solution was applied.. While washing my roof he was kind enough to remove a bit of pine needles from a part of my roof were the porch and garage meet. I am very grateful for the extra bit of attention to the roof beyond just applying the cleaning mixture. I also had my siding washed and it was done throughly and more in depth than I expected. Not only was the cleaner applied amply to maximize the cleaning potential it was then rinsed completely after soaking all the dirt, moss, and other items to assure they would be removed all the surfaces of my home were completely rinsed to leave no trace of the cleaning liquid. Once the cleaning was complete Kris walked me around my house to make sure the job was done to my expectations and answered all my questions. I had mentioned that I did not think my window screens could be removed and Kris was kind enough to show me how to get my screens out in case I needed to have to remove one. The siding on my house is so much brighter than I had expected. Not a bit of debris was left. I will definitely be contacting PowerCleanPros LLC for my next cleaning needs.
