Really a boutique and special experience. Suzanne and her team are the best in the industry. Incredible service and attention to detail. We felt well cared for during the entire selling experience and truly valued Suzanne’s TLC. We could not recommend Suzanne and her team more. Would work with her again in a heartbeat!

Not enough can be said for my interaction with Powers Realty when selling my house on Hollywood and buying my house on Lake Drive. From the moment I started working with Nick Ansay at Powers Realty, I knew I had chosen the right real estate agent. Nick Ansay was phenomenal throughout the entire process of buying and selling houses. He was always available at the drop of a hat. When any question about the process arose, Nick was there to respond with the information. When I needed to see a house or condo, Nick was able to get a showing right away. When it was time to negotiate price of selling and buying my houses, Nick researched and gave me solid advice. I am happy with the results. Done deal on the house I sold and thrilled with the new home that I purchased. The team who worked with Powers Realty were also very helpful in getting everything accomplished in a timely manner. I did not stress out over the selling or buying of my homes because Nick Ansay always had my best interest at heart and guided me through the entire process. Powers Realty is the best real estate team out there! They genuinely care about finding the right home for you and your family.
In the past, we've worked with realtors who seemed more focused on closing a sale than making sure it was the right fit. Powers Realty was the complete opposite. They never pressured us into making an offer. Instead, they took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and were honest when a property wasn't the right match—even when it meant encouraging us to keep looking and be patient.
Our home search lasted more than two years in an incredibly competitive market, but their guidance, expertise, and patience made all the difference. When we finally found our dream home, they helped us put together the strongest possible offer, and we were able to beat out the competition.
