If you’re an active person and looking for professional recovery, PR Lab is the place to go. I play basketball three times a week, and the rest of the week I’m in the gym, so recovery is a big part of my routine. After work, I like to stop by PR Lab and do their contrast therapy. Having a private room where you can go from the sauna straight into the cold plunge is amazing. Bryce and Pat are both great guys, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to health and fitness. Their equipment is top of the line, everything is clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I highly recommend PR Lab to anyone who takes their fitness and recovery seriously.

Bryce was awesome, super nice! The facility was sick, contrast therapy rooms were perfect for recovery and not needing to worry about other people. Definitely recommend to any athlete!

The PR LAB is exactly what I was hoping would come to Meridian! It’s a one stop shop for all your recovery and look good feel good needs. I love utilizing the contrast therapy between the infrared sauna and cold plunge for both recovery and mental clarity. The red light therapy bed they have is also the best red light I’ve ever used and I always feel amazing after both mentally and physically. The Theraguns and compression sleeves are also a game changer for recovery. Everything is extremely clean and the facility really feels like your own private lab to take care of your body and mind. The owners, Brice and Pat, are awesome and super friendly! The environment they’ve created makes PR LAB feel like a second home. I highly recommend checking out PR LAB if you value your health, have fitness goals, or just want to be part of a great growing community. I’m really excited to have something like this in Meridian!

If you’re an athlete in the State of Idaho, this is where you wanna go! The cold plunge and sauna room is incredible! The body composition is off the charts. The VO2 max is amazing. I couldn’t give this place any more props! Bryce has put together an amazing place!

Brice is a great guy! Super knowledgeable, the stuff he offers is unlike anything in the area! Total recovery mode!
