PR Tree Service

PR Tree Service did an amazing and efficient job removing two trees in the front of our house this morning. Alvaro is extremely professional and polite. Angelica made scheduling easy and was in constant communication about the process and timing. The crew worked fast and left the yard and street very clean from any debris in less than one hour. On top of the great service, the price was the most reasonable that I received from three different companies. I would highly recommend PR Tree Service & will use them again for any future projects!

Google won’t allow me to leave another review so I am editing my last one. If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would! They are fantastic! We just used them for the 3rd time on September 16th for several trees on our property. They are professional, show up on time, get the job done safely, do a wonderful job, and clean up when they are done. We highly recommend this company! They really are the best! On April 28th, we used PR Tree Service for the second time. We could not be happier! They are hard working people and do an excellent job! Yesterday we had two trees cut down and a stump ground down. They work quickly but safely, and clean up after they are done. They are very friendly and we will definitely be using this company for all future tree needs! We are very pleased with the service we received both times! They are definitely the company to call!

Service to remove a tall dying sugar gum tree and stump grind occurred as scheduled. Communication arranging the quote and service visit good but absolutely zero after payment which implies well what despite texting them that payment was submitted. The price was reasonable compared to other quotes. No cash discount offered/mentioned. Forgot to give discount coupon at quote but their price already less than others so not material impact. They did call 811 marking without prompting. Also provided copy of insurance certificate upon request. I asked if city permit was required and reply was no. Homeowner should always ask this to ensure contractor responds to the topic as it is their responsibility to comply with regulations I was advised by a city official, not the homeowner. So ask just to ensure the topic was a component of the quote process. They had a full crew and multiple trucks, finished in about 2 hours likely due to no nearby obstructions and ease of access. They did cause some light lawn damage in a location far from the tree site which I wouldn’t have expected they would have needed to be in that remote area distant from the tree and up the street shoulder. Light lawn damage near the tree site was warranted. I paid nonetheless. The 3 people I had contact with the entire process were all courteous and business like. The mulch mound left behind seems inordinately wider than the tree stump itself because the height of the stump cut to grind was tall, not close to the ground. Roots notwithstanding they could have hauled away most of the excess it’s a sizable mound and bulk quantity of mulch for an individual to deal with. I would consider this company for future work but ensure the property locations are agreed upon that they would request access for the work to know where to expect any residual remediation post tree removal by homeowner. I am not posting any photos such as the crew working, their equipment, nor of the issues cited for this review. As this was a service crew rather than a purchased material product or good I don’t think it’s appropriate to post the people involved who may be in the photos nor of the items of concern.

PR Tree Service removed multiple trees at my house. Their crew did an excellent job. They had the necessary equipment to work around the power lines safely with no damage to the power lines. Their crew arrived on time, worked hard, and did a beautiful job. I highly recommend PR Tree Service.

Had the unfortunate experience of driving behind one of their big trucks as it rained down tree debris on my car. You could at least have the tops of the trucks covered with a tarp or something.

The crew were amazing. They topped and took out dead limbs from an old maple and trimmed a mulberry that was hanging over the roof. They also hauled off brush and limbs from a mulberry we cut down this winter. The price was more than reasonable. If you are considering tree trimming, I would suggest you get a quote from them. I am more than pleased.
