My kids started at Prado Kids Vision Miami Springs about five months ago, and this was their very first daycare experience. There truly is no better way to describe it than a home away from home. ❤️My heart just flutters with happiness thinking about how blessed we have been to find a place where our little ones can feel safe, loved, cared for, and comfortable while also learning and growing every single day. As a parent, being able to go to work knowing that your children are in good hands gives you a peace of mind that is truly priceless.One of the things I admire most is the patience the teachers have with the children. Working with little ones takes a very special kind of person, and you can truly see when someone does it with love and from the heart.I especially want to recognize two teachers who have played such an important role in my little ones experience Teacher Elienay and Teacher Yenly. The love, patience, and genuine care they show the children means more to me than I could ever put into words. Knowing that my babies are not only being cared for, but are also being loved, encouraged, and understood while I’m away gives me so much comfort. They both deserve special recognition for the beautiful impact they have made on my children.And a very special shoutout has to go to the owners, Betty and Betsy. Their devotion to these children is something you can see and feel throughout the entire daycare. They truly put their kids first, and the standard they have created at Prado Kids Vision is top tier. From the amazing employees they choose to be around our children, to the care and attention that goes into the classrooms, learning, special activities, celebrations, and events everything is done with so much thought and love. Nothing feels like “just daycare.” You can tell they genuinely care about creating beautiful experiences and memories for these kids while giving them an environment where they can learn, grow, and feel at home. Their involvement and dedication truly set Prado Kids Vision apart. I can genuinely say I feel like I am leaving them with family. Desde hace más de 4 años mi hijo está en este day care, ahí ha crecido, ha aprendido, se ha divertido, estoy muy agradecida con Dios y con todo el personal de Prado Kids por toda la ayuda que me han brindado en cada etapa de mi hijo, el recibe sus terapias ahí desde hace más de un año y le han ayudado significativamente, cada uno de ustedes ocupa un lugar importante en la vida de mi hijo y mía, no tengo cómo agradecerles todo lo que han hecho por nosotros, quisiera que abran segundo grado para que mi hijo pueda estar más tiempo con ustedes 😁❤️

My child’s teacher, Yadira, is distinguished by her patience, kindness, and the genuine love she shows to every child in her class. It is clear that she cares deeply for them, looks after them attentively, and is truly involved in their development, always respecting each child’s individual pace and needs.
Mi experiencia con este daycare fue muy negativa y preocupante desde los primeros días. Mi hija, una niña de tres años que nunca antes había estado en un daycare, no llegó a permanecer ni dos semanas completas en este centro. Desde el segundo día comenzaron actitudes y manejos que no fueron adecuados ni profesionales. Durante su corta permanencia, mi hija se enfermó y, posteriormente, en una de las entregas fue devuelta orinada, situación de la cual tengo evidencia. Al comunicar esto a la directora, en lugar de recibir una respuesta objetiva y profesional, la maestra del aula 3A (Yadira) me llamó en un tono inapropiado intentando cambiar la versión de los hechos, afirmando que el incidente había ocurrido fuera del centro. Además, considero poco ético y nada profesional que, tras esta situación, la maestra haya llamado a mi esposo llorando, en un estado emocional que no corresponde a una comunicación institucional ni adecuada cuando se trata de un menor. Posteriormente, el centro solicitó evaluaciones externas. Dos terapeutas (speech y terapia ocupacional) evaluaron a mi hija y confirmaron que, aunque está en proceso de adaptación —algo totalmente esperable por su edad y por ser su primera experiencia escolar—, está trabajando adecuadamente y continuará en acompañamiento, sin que se haya determinado que no sea apta para un entorno educativo. A pesar de esto, la directora aseguró que mi hija “no está calificada” para permanecer en el daycare, utilizando argumentos como que “grita mucho” o que “le cuestan las transiciones”, y manifestando que su maestra no podía continuar con ella porque demandaba demasiado tiempo. Resulta alarmante que un centro que se presenta como educativo no tenga la preparación, la ética ni el manejo profesional para acompañar procesos normales de adaptación en niños pequeños, y opte por excluir en lugar de orientar, observar y trabajar en conjunto con la familia. Comparto esta reseña para que otros padres tengan información clara antes de confiar a sus hijos a este lugar, especialmente si buscan un entorno verdaderamente profesional, empático y preparado para la infancia temprana.
Lamentamos que su experiencia no haya sido la esperada; sin embargo, varias de las afirmaciones no reflejan con precisión lo ocurrido. Por políticas de confidencialidad no podemos discutir detalles específicos de ningún menor, pero sí aclarar información general. Con respecto al tema del pañal, esta situación ya había sido conversada previamente con la familia, ya que la niña frecuentemente mantenía el pañal seco durante toda la jornada escolar y orinaba después de salir del centro. Además, por transparencia, se mostraron grabaciones donde se observa a la maestra revisando y entregando a la niña con el pañal seco. La madre consultaba con frecuencia sobre su adaptación y, como parte de nuestro compromiso, recomendamos orientación pediátrica y terapias de lenguaje para apoyarla en su desarrollo. Todas las recomendaciones se realizaron con fines preventivos y de acompañamiento. También se explicó que, según las regulaciones del DCF para niños de 3 años (proporción 1 maestra por cada 15 niños), la menor requería una atención más individualizada para garantizar su seguridad y progreso. Rechazamos respetuosamente las acusaciones hacia nuestro personal. Nuestro equipo actúa siempre con ética y profesionalismo, y contamos con documentación y registros que respaldan nuestros procesos. Betsy has been so helpful she is literally a phone call or text away! And his teacher Yamila will forever have my heart for caring so much for my son. Prado Kids Vision Learning Center has truly been an incredible experience for our family. The teachers are patient, loving, and dedicated to helping each child reach their fullest potential. The classrooms are always clean, organized, and filled with fun, educational activities that keep the children engaged and excited to learn. Communication with parents is excellent, and I always feel informed and confident that my child is in great hands.
