Customers frequently praise the grooming quality, friendly staff, and reasonable pricing for dogs and cats. Recurring themes include prompt communication, accommodating scheduling, and gentle handling of anxious or older pets. However, some reviewers noted significant delays in picking up animals from the kennel and expressed confusion over additional fees charged for aging pets requiring extra labor.

Aubrey is absolutely amazing! She’s friendly and welcoming. My cat has never fussed with her and her work is always consistent and good quality! Aubrey also takes themed costume photos with pets. I’ve never had anything negative come from taking my pets to her.

Ive been taking my pups to Aubrey"s Shop (Precious Pet Grooming) for years. My pups love her and literally smile when they see her. She is always calm, gentle and compassionate with them and her other pets. She is very knowledgeable in natural obedience and has her own pet stay with her during her store hours and her knowledge shows in her own pet. Her prices are fair and she does a excellent job in all her grooming services. She is a lover of all animals, and she rescues her own pets. I am so grateful years ago I found Aubrey, someone I can trust with my babies.
Aubrey does a great job with my pointers. She always works us in. She and the gals really are good with dogs. Good prices.
Great grooming. My only problem is I dropped my dog off at 11:30, but they didn’t call us to pick her up until 5:15. That’s a ridiculous amount of time for her to be waiting and stuck in a kennel.
Hello, You have the wrong grooming place today I closed at 2 PM and With me, I never have your pet over two hours most of our appointments usually only take an hour unless I tell you otherwise at check-in.
