Customers frequently cite competitive pricing, punctual arrivals, and clear communication from both office staff and installation crews. Reviews highlight professional workmanship on windows, sliding doors, and custom entries, often noting that the company handled complex replacements efficiently. However, some low-star feedback indicates recurring issues with unreturned phone calls and delays in providing final quotes after initial measurements were taken.

Precision Door and Window was fantastic to work with! They gave us a great price and the installation was perfect. We had to install 3 doors that matched existing office doors in our building. They did a great job helping us get the right materials/finish that we needed to replicate. They were a joy to work with and great at ensuring they answered our questions!

Hello Liem, Thank you for taking the time to review our team! We're thrilled that you're happy with the product and our service. We look forward to the next project with you!
I'm very pleased with the work and professionalism of this company. Dominic got the ball rolling with initial measurements and quote. Their prices are very competitive. The crew of Matt, Larry, Valentin, Greg, and Ray replaced 27 old worn wooden windows with very pleasing and hopefully very efficient Milgard windows. These guys rock and I highly recommend the company!

Good morning John, Thank you so much for taking the time to give a shout out to our team! It was our pleasure to provide a great experience and I'll be sure pass it along to the guys! Take care!
I had several window and two sliding glass doors installed by this company about two and a half years ago. The locking mechanism was not working properly. Two of their technicians, Valentine and Johnny came out today to fix one of the sliders and checked out the other one. They both were friendly, professional, and did a great job. The door locks well now. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! Dominic came for the estimate and was friendly and knowledgeable, very detail oriented! Office staff is polite and responsive…they communicate extremely well. The price quoted was competitive and they got us exactly what we wanted. Install day was flawless: the guys showed up on time, windows were all sized properly, Eric and Larry were both friendly and respectful of our home. They made sure not to damage anything, install looks beautiful, and they cleaned up so it looked like they were never there!!!
Do yourself a favor and hire Precision Door & Windows!!!
***I previously hired a different company based in Temecula and that other company was a NIGHTMARE***
Precision will be the only company I use as I eventually replace all the windows in my home.

Hello Ryan,
I'm so glad you had an awesome experience with us, and I appreciate you taking the time to share it! I'll be sure to pass along your positive feedback with the entire team. We strive to make every customer as happy as you are! Take care
We hired Precision Door and Window sometime ago to install some large external 8ft French Doors. I wanted to wait to see how the doors held up during the winter months before I left a review. First of all their prices crush their competitor's prices. Honestly no one comes close to their prices.
The installation turned out to be more difficult then planned. There we several delays caused by some technical issues, but mostly bad weather. However, the owners Mike and Jordan never wavered from the commitment to excellence, and their dedication to completing the job to our 100% satisfaction.
Shortly after the installation was completed a tropical storm hit the Pacific coast of Mexico. Weather reports claimed it was the strongest storm to hit the area in the past 100 years. We live in Temecula which is only 75 miles north of the border, so the storm brought strong winds and heavy rain to our area causing many areas to flood. Additionally we had a very wet winter that brought us several atmospheric river storms. Despite all of the wind and rain, our doors held up great and not a single drop of water made it into our home. The doors look beautiful and work perfectly. I cannot say enough good things about Mike and Jordan. Also, their office manager Kelli was awesome. She always kept us informed and updated on the project.
if you are looking to replace your doors or windows and want a quality product at competitive prices, then you should give Mike or Jordan a call. You won't find a more honest and ethical company to work with than Precision Door and Window.
