Reviewers highlight precise scheduling, clear communication of repair options, and thorough explanations of mechanical issues. Customers frequently note that technicians avoid high-pressure sales tactics and provide professional service for springs, openers, and full door installations. While the company maintains a high rating, some lower-rated reviews criticize high pricing compared to competitors and mention instances where initial quotes were inflated or post-installation malfunctions required additional service calls.

Kevin was wonderful he listened to my description of the problem I was having with my garage door with interest and concern. Afterwords he walked me through everything he did so that I could see and understand the adjustments made, he was very patient and made sure I could ask any question and he took the time to answer. He made me feel comfortable and secure of what he did to help solve the problem. I would truly call on him again if I needed to.
Precision garage door had the best price of those who provided quotes, and excellent service. The technician arrived within the original window of time quoted and was fully prepared.
Kalu, the precision garage door technician, arrived exactly when stated in his voicemail, performed a thorough inspection and discussed options with me. No hard sell just good professional advice. The agreed work was completed quickly and efficiently leaving the door operable and quieter than it has been in quite some time.
Overall a very positive experience! I would recommend precision garage door for your overhead door needs without reservation.

Despite having a spring break on a Saturday, I had a wonderful time talking with Brandon as he worked on our garage door and made it new! He gave me options based on my needs and gave me an honest evaluation. He did the work and showed great pride in what he did. This company is the best when it comes to garage door work.

Same day Service- Tony D arrived as scheduled to fix a broken spring. The last one installed by Precision lasted almost ten years. Tony showed me the wear not only on the spring but the other moving parts of the door- brackets, rollers, cables, etc. The door is twenty years old and was in need of refurbishment. Tony did the whole door in a few hours and I should be good to go for years to come. Paying for maintenance items is no fun but necessary. I will use Precision and Tony D to do my other garage door when its time comes.

We had a new garage door opener installed. Peter, our installer, was great! He arrived right on time, went over our options and got right to work. He was able to finish in a shorter amount of time than he predicted, was extremely courteous, friendly and professional. He installed a new keypad outside the door, programmed both of our vehicles to sync with the new opener and left everything spotless. We really praise him enough and thank you Precision!!
