Precision Door Service is second to none. Cameron was Technician arrived on time addressed our opener issue and options Additionally informed us of other issues which were also repaired. Job was completed in timely manner with Cameron explaining what was done and how new opener operated and assisted in set-up

Prompt service and an elite technician… professional, on time, quick assessment, didn’t try to upsell me. I inquired about a more expensive option which he gladly showed me and explained why it was better, but not mandatory. I chose the more expensive option and it looks great. I’ll definitely use Precision again. Very pleased.

Angel was truly our angel last night. One of our garage torsion springs snapped in half after typical work hours (6:00pm), and Precision sent him out to service literally within an hour of us calling. Angel was extremely kind, personable, honest, and patiently/thoroughly answered all of our questions when he discovered more issues. It turned out that our garage lift system was installed poorly and jeopardized the integrity of the whole thing…he was able to show us the issue himself and explain it in a way we understood. We actually had the receipt for the previous opener installation cost, so we were able to compare it to the quote he gave us…we thought the price presented was very reasonable and competitive for parts/labor. Angel had us up and running within two hours, we are so appreciative and would recommend Precision anytime!
