I called and scheduled for delivery of two new garage remotes and reprogramming of garage door code. I received same day service which was awesome. Cameron was on time and very pleasant. Scheduled appt. online. Same day service. Pat did a fantastic job with repair work. He is very knowledgeable & able to answer all of my questions prior to implementing repair work. Pat was kind enough to assist me with app for Genie garage door opener. As well, he showed me how to setup wifi garage door opener in my automobile. This was a great customer service experience!!

Mike, my garage door a professional, was friendly, courteous, respectful, and clearly was a professional. He was easy to speak with and outlined every detail of my repair. We were able to negotiate the project and he worked, along with his supervisor, in meeting my budget. Although a little pricey, it was well worth it! Same day service. Garage door down and they showed up less than 2 hours after our call. The service is exceptional. Cameron did everything right,. He was polite, communicated very well what was wrong and the solution he offered, attentive to detail during the repair and most of all took the time to make sure he left no mess. Booked online for next day appt. Got a text and call when tech was on hie way. Danny was professional & efficient. He installed a new opener & within an hour my garage door was back up and operating like new. I hope to never have garage door issues in the future but if I do I know who to call.
